This place is not an urgent care of any type. They aren’t doctors nor can they write prescriptions. Your best bet is just go to an actual doctor. I went there for migraine issues (which listed on their options so I figured they could help) and they said they aren’t doctors and could only give me advil. Why do I need to pay someone to tell me to take what doesn’t work?

Had an amazing experience with Courtney Hendrick, NP! My fiancé and I needed to get our vaccines and preventive therapy prior to traveling to Nepal. She was very kind, patient, and professional. The whole process was painless and very quick. I would highly recommend Courtney and will be coming back to see her!!

Went online to schedule an appointment, got an email confirming the appointment, showed up before the appointment, and then was told our appointment wasn't on the list! Showed my email and they confirmed it was correct. Didn't get on the list but was suggested to go to another one instead or schedule for another slot. Horrible customer service.

They charged $120 to administer the exact same covid test you can buy a 2-pack of for $20. Was suggested to be done "just in case", which obviously came back negative.

The Dr here is so sweet and nice. I had a terrible ear infection and she called to see if her others were canceling. One happened to and she squeezed me in!

Spent $140 to have my rash misdiagnosed by the provider here. No bedside manner, barely inspected my rash. The provider diagnosed me with fungal infection when it was actually a bad case of eczema. Suffered for 2 months and finally went to a dermatologist, got a steroid cream for $8 that cleared it up right away. Waste of time and money.

Not a walk-in clinic and they don’t close at 4:30. They close at 4. I watched a nurse clean up after her last appointment at 3:50, ignore me for nine minutes and then turn me away at 4 PM because they take their last appointment at four even though they close at 4:30. There were no other appointments and no other people waiting.

Do not waste your time here. I came for blood work and they ended up sending me away because the person responsible for the blood work could not find my veins. How can you be responsible for drawing blood, but then have to send me to Quest? You completely wasted my time. I was also given inaccurate prices for that blood work and now owe $600.

Honestly the male doctor I had was awesome! He was very caring, thorough, and helped diagnos my issue correctly. The lady bilingual nurse however is why I have to give such a bad review. First of all while she was "helping" check me in she kept texting on her phone. After she finally wasn't distracted she asked what medications I'm currently taking. I'm taking a few generics of name brand medications for depression and PTSD. She then proceeds to give me a hard time for taking alprazolam. I was super offended she was judging me for PTSD medicine I was prescribed.

I scheduled an appointment online for 3:50pm on 12/24/2020. I received several text messages prior to my appointment, reminding me of my appointment. I arrived early and no one was there. It took me 20 minutes to get through to a person at the call center who told me the clinic closed at 3:30pm. Very frustrating. I'll NEVER use this place again!

Very kind NPs, but if you have insurance, go to a PCP instead. My friend suggested I to go to ARC for higher quality care instead, but I thought the Minute Clinic would be cheaper. I went in with flu like symptoms and they prescribed me Tamiflu. When I went back a few days later because I couldn’t swallow, they wouldn’t give me antibiotics because I didn’t have a positive strep test. A few days later, they kindly called to follow up. I missed the call and called back and told them that I hadn’t improved and also now have conjunctivitis. They said I would need to come in and probably needed antibiotics. They charge the upper limit of the price range every time I go ($139, which doesn’t include tests) and insurance doesn’t cover all of it. Because they require a new visit for everything and deny prescriptions until I get a positive test, going here has become costly. I ended up going to a doctor instead (of a third trip to the Minute Clinic) and got the medicine I needed to recover.
