I scheduled a titer test online and attended my appointment only to be charged $100, handed a paper, and told to go to a Quest Diagnostics. I then had to drive to Quest, have blood drawn, and pay an additional $60.
I'm disappointed that this appointment option was even available. I feel like my time was wasted. I spent more time driving to the place where services were actually provided than I did with a clinician at Minute Clinic. Next time I will be scheduling directly with Quest, as MC was only a middle-man. If an appointment can't be completed on-site, it shouldn't be offered.

The previous reviews were right, there are obvious reasons as to why this was rated as one star by so many. I had to pay 200$ out of pocket, even with insurance, for a test I did not even agree to. Customer service never followed up even when I called 3 times.

The practitioner was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. I felt truly listened to, and they took the time to understand my concerns. They made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

Definitely come here if you just want your symptoms masked, not if you want an actual cure. Or if you do want the cure, come back in 3 days and shill out another $140 bucks just to be seen. Scam.
Edit: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Waited over an hour on the phone to try and get help from my visit, only to be told I’d be called back. Get a call back three hours later only to be told to go to an urgent care. This place is bogus, a scam to take your money and not provide any quality treatment. Guess that’s what you get when you scrape the bottom of the barrel for health care professionals and that’s EXACTLY the kind of treatment you’ll get at the CVS MinuteClinic…bottom of the barrel.
Told me a sinus infection could take 7-10 business days. I didn’t realize illness ran on a business schedule.
Worst care ever. Do not go here. Cough up the extra coin and go to CareNow or a different urgent care, considering you will more than likely have to do that anyway.
$200 for a strep test and a bottle of dimetapp.
EDIT EDIT: Did a virtual doctor visit with Sesame and was told that I DO have a sinus infection, got prescribed the antibiotics and steroid I need to GET BETTER, all for the low cost of $49 for the visit. CVS MinuteClinic, you need to do better. In 15 minutes, I got the medicine I needed to make me better and didn’t even have to leave my couch.

I just received unprofessional discourteous service at the MinuteClinic. Should have read the reviews. I think the nurse's name was Kelly she was not very caring, maybe having a bad day idk
Booked appt and the nurse cant tell me the pricing on basic bloodwork. She told me I had to look into it myself and was prob several hundred dollars. I do not carry health insurance. How do u not know pricing for services offered?

First time I came to try to get the service as a walk in. It was not possible so I had to schedule, which I did. I arrived some 20 min before my appointment just to find out that they cancelled it because the caregiver had an emergency. I’m definitely not coming again.
