I'm a little late in posting but my wife and I closed on a property together with my brother and sister-in-law back in December of 24'. It was a very complicated closing... We knew it was a specialty type loan and weren't really sure if anyone could do it. Roan King with Mission Mortgage made it happen. It wasn't easy getting through all the conditions but Roan had done a great job of setting the expectations of how things would go. He didn't sugar coat the process but asked us to trust his expertise on this. Overall... it was a lot of work for everyone and we really don't think it would have ever come to fruition if not for Roan King, Suzanne Eberts and the team at Mission Mortgage. Mission Mortgage has a great asset in Roan King.

We worked with Trent Jackson on a new construction home in Austin, Tx. It was my first time buying a home and naturally had a lot of questions. Trent was nothing but patient, professional, honest and most importantly knowledgeable. Trent guided us along the process and helped maximize our builder credits to get the best rate on our mortgage. Throughout the 3 months that we worked with Trent up until our closing date, Trent was always available and communicative. This was a my first time getting a mortgage and there was a lot to learn. Trent Jackson at Mission Mortgage was a huge help during the entire mortgage process. He always was knowledgeable and accessible and has been a big help even after the sale. And I got a great rate too!

Worst experience ever. Debbie is one of the most unreliable people i have ever met. Do NOT do business with this company - they will only drag the process until closing - no help afterwards. Never had I ever done a review but this experience deserved it. Beware for debbie bailey - glenn.
