Damien over here, he’ll take care of you top to bottom. This is one of those rare Austin Gems. Someone going to end up scooping Damien up eventually, but as a Lucas tires vet who values honesty and service; these guys are great. Low key there’s a barber shop inside too!

They ain’t good for nothing got an oil change in February here and I changed the oil myself to cut in cost and the drain plug wasn’t tightened for nothing took it off with my hand and the person I talked to wouldn’t take the fault because I said what would of happened if they messed up the car they ain’t going buy me a brand new car or replace the car don’t recommend this shitty place

Charged my husband $170 for an oil change and didn’t quote price beforehand. For reference I have my last 4 receipts from more honest places in my glovebox and the highest it’s ever been is $125. Go anywhere else like jiffy line or grease monkey where you won’t get gauged.

Paid $160 for a coolant flush, and afterwards I checked my coolant. They never changed it and it was still low. Go here at your own risk

They charge $50 for a $12 air filter. Replace 2 without telling me the price cost me $100 which doubled my total cost. Total con job. It’s dishonest to not make customers aware of gross overcharging. I have never in my life paid $100 for air filters. I will never go back and I doubt they care.

We come here for every inspection and for any maintenance we can't do ourselves. The staff here is always friendly, and takes the time to explain what my car needs and why.
