I needed a serpentine belt replaced and asked how much that would run me. Didn’t tell him I reached out to a few other places and they all quoted me $50-$85 to come do this as I already had the belt and the tools needed to do the job. This guy however saw an opportunity and told me it would be $200 cause it’s a tough job. When I called him on it he stopped responding. Don’t use this guy. He is out for your money and he will take advantage of people who are having a difficult time to line his own pockets.

Stay away if you value your money and safety.
Asked them to mount and balance both tires on my motorcycle. After 7 hours, they installed the front tire backwards and left the old, rear tire on. I asked them where the new rear tire was and they said they must have put the old one back on by accident and had the new tire in their trunk. They blamed the fact they are training a new person. Okay…
So they came back the next day and fixed what I pointed out. I paid them and then the next day I go to ride and I get an error on the display saying the ABS and traction control is messed up. Turns out they installed a sensor mechanism on the wrong side of the wheel when they remounted it.
I messaged them to give them a final chance to correct and they left me on read. Three weeks later and here I am writing this review. Photo receipts attached.

They prefer texting I asked if they could give me a call and they did. Once they sent the mechanic it was smooth sailing!

Had to have my battery replaced, I called mobile mechanic austin, they they never showed up, I called back and got response of that they were busy and it be 6hrs or more to find someone else. The girl I talk to was very rude to me, I'll never call them again, if ken was there he'd been there in 30 min, where is ken the best mobile mechanic in Austin

I’m giving it a 1 only because they showed up to do the job (putting on a simple 02 sensor) but the communication was horrible. When they said they were on the way the time kept being pushed back because they had to stop and eat and all these other petty excuses. The lights were still on and they advised my son he needed to drive it about 30 miles before the lights would go out & he did that they were still on so he reached out and no response. I like the convenience of them being mobile but their customer service sucks and the fact that when I asked the girl to reduce the labor she acted like she was doing me a favor; especially after they were 2.5 hours for the appointment time.

I had limited money and wasn’t trynna do major repairs if I didn’t need to. so I paid for a diagnosis to confirm my starter did need to be changed. By having them do the repairs they waived that diagnosis fee. Saved me money!! And they came to me!!
