I have the MOD Bike Easy, version 1, with the side car. It's amazing. Even more amazing is the customer service these guys provide. They've called me directly multiple times to make sure i'm content and doing well with my bike. I've upgraded a few features and they have walked me through the process and been very fair with the pricing and delivery of parts. My Modbike is a tank. I love riding it, and my grandkids love the sidecar!! Thanks Modbike!!

My bike functions well. My wife and I rarely used our e-bikes, because our dogs could come easily.
With our side car we are riding nearly every day.
We ride about 5 miles to a park where they play ball and frisbee then 5 miles home. They enjoy the bike ride as much as we do. We wanted to take our dogs and the side car allows us to do that.

Great shop for ebikes and parts. I just stopped in for a tire tube for an ebike. They had just what I needed, and fast, and with a smile, and with a cute dog. Keep up the great work!

love my mod bike city 2 the mod bike service is fantastic they really want to help i have had my bike 7 months and have not had any problems except that the seat shock will not work for me it just bottoms out i weight 230 and when i set on it bottoms out but that's my fault maybe i can loose some weight so it will work

I don’t even know how to put in words how exceptional the customer service is at Mod Bikes. Truly incredible.
I had been eyeing the Easy for years and finally pulled the trigger after test riding one at their shop. Every guy working there was kind and knowledgeable and it was just an all around great experience. I have been riding the bike every day since I picked it up and the joy this has brought me is stupid. I find myself smiling as I’m riding around town.
The bike itself is a bit heavy for a petite gal but after a couple of days I figured out how to handle it (needed to lower my seat more than planned). The battery lasts a long time which could be because I don’t use the throttle too often but I really love that I don’t have to worry about it. I love how eye catching it is and everything has been great.
I have had a few questions and when I called the shop and they didn’t answer they got right back to me. Seriously, top notch customer service. They never make me feel dumb for my silly newbie questions. I also love that there is a shop in town so I can take my bike in whenever I need. I will be a Mod Bike ride forever. If you need a sign to purchase a bike from them, this is it.

Just got my bike back after a tuneup, and I'm impressed! I Needed to replaced the rear suspension and the chain For my bike, and my bike rides smoother than ever. Great service and attention to detail. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be returning… MOD BIKE highly recommended!!
