I have run up quite a bill with these guys, but i knew what was coming. There have been no surprises. They have stood behind there work. Today they sent a tech to my place of work to replace a serpentine belt that broke. It wasn't free, but they are a business and the convenience of it was priceless. It wasn't like i could drive to them. Thanks guys.

Modern diesel is a five star company all around! I would give them 10 stars if I could! From the very first moment I contacted the company, I was greeted by the owner, Kary. I had asked him if they could provide me with a pre-sale diesel truck inspection on a box truck I was interested in purchasing. He immediately had one of his mechanics sent out to perform the inspection. Not to mention, the truck was a good two hours away in San Antonio. I had received the inspection, inspection report and quote to repair the minor maintenance issues all within the same morning. But wait this more! Kary himself, helped me find this quality truck and he started the search process with me MONTHS ago. From the business owner to his mechanics to his office staff and ancillary staff; I couldn’t have asked for better service. They are honest, trustworthy and quality people all around. This is easily the best diesel mechanic shop in the greater Austin area. I look forward to signing up for their fleet services and continuing to do business with them. I was having voltage issues and needed the alternator checked. They pulled the truck in within 20 minutes, checked and diagnosed the issue within another 10, and were able to get the truck back up and running on the same day. I use my truck daily for work, so downtime isn't something that sits well with me. Everyone was helpful and responsive. Will definitely return if and when the truck needs anything done.

Their knowledge and attention to detail were what really impressed me about their service. They were able to find and address problems that other shops had overlooked because they obviously have in-depth knowledge of diesel engines. Additionally, they took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my engine and how I could avoid having the same problems again.

Took my truck it to get dig. Was told it was something turn out to not be it. My transmission was good. They told me them self my transmission was good. 1month past they still have my truck and now they sent a new invoice 13k more for a new transmission A lot of money on top of 11k I have to pay for work done on my truck and it wasn’t fix.
