This is a great CVS, even though it is in a little run down building. It smack dab in the middle of University of Texas Campus, which makes it very convenient. Especially, since they have tons of cold and flu medicines and a late pharmacy. They also have great coupons if you have a CVS card. It's free, so I recommend it. There are two stories. 1st has all the incdidentals and refrigerataed goods, including BEER! The second is the Pharmacy and household goods and medicines. It is really the only name brand pharmacy close to campus, and the students are really luck to have it.

Shame I can't give a half star. I am a diabetic veteran. Bad enough I can't get insulin needles from the VA because it would hurt thier bonus pay for beuing under budget. SO i tried the CVS at William Cannon and Manchaca.Yes we have thise type of needles. They had them all right. A box of 300 costs 50c aa piece. Can't break open a box. And thanks for the side of attitude. recommend avoid this money pit.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever been to which sucks because parking is not free so you end up paying more just by waiting

When I arrived to this cvs for my Covid shot I thought, this is so dirty looking but maybe it's better inside. It was not better inside, it smells like they let people pee in the corner of the store. After receiving my vaccine, I had to sit and wait 15 minutes until they would give me my vaccination card (this is fine I know you are supposed to do this). Y'all I kid you not, while I was waiting a RAT ran past my foot. I have never gathered my things and gotten out of a store so fast.

I have pictures where 2 ladies bought maybe 60 tide liquids and 40 downy liquid. I came at 8:15am and unable to buy any detergent. I asked the cashier is there not a limit so other customers can get stuff. They replied NO. Cvs on Berkman in Austin Tx. Very di

Never really had any problems with this cvs even from a pharmacy stand point. Also haven't been going to this cvs for a few years now. Even the lines, if there were any, weren't terrible. The location is very convenient. My only really problem with the place was the cleanliness and the size of the parking area with it being so congested all the time.

I have never been so frustrated, upset, or offended by the way I was treated by any medical professional or medical service. I came in to pick up my birth control medication after 4 years of being on the medication and using CVS and was told that I was not in plan for CVS. When I showed the young, male pharmacist my insurance card, he refused to run it and told me I either needed to go to a different pharmacy or pay $27 for just one month of birth control. His demeanor was dismissive, condescending, and downright rude and I have to wonder if it was based on my appearance as a young woman. I called my insurance provider and after some time on the phone, was informed that in fact the medication IS covered by CVS and that it should have been free. Now I have to go back to get a refund on a prescription that should have been free in the first place after REPEATEDLY telling the pharmacist that it was. Am absolutely beyond upset and frustrated - nobody should ever be treated this way when they go in to get their prescription.

They haven't done me wrong yet. Loved the 24 hour convenience but closing at midnight is okay too. Even though my prescriptions are expensive (but that's not their fault)! Four stars because they were out of my favorite Sugar Free Peanut M&Ms.

These people are incredibly inept, if their system can't find the location you are trying to send to (they have maybe a couple dozen locations) they can't do it. Of course they had to transfer me 4 times to find someone who could apparently tell you that. Useless!

Best part about this place was that it was open 24 hours. All of a sudden, closed at 12am. Are you kidding me? Absolutely ridiculous. Lost my business, that's for sure. Just another case of a greedy west campus spot taking advantage of their location. Disrespect at its finest.

i come here more than i'd like to admit simply because it is convenient. however, the pharmacy part of the store is slow, has poor customer service, and altogether isn't very helpful. the actual store is fine, but in its entirety lacks good customer service and friendliness. i always feel awkward here and i have to wait a very long time for prescriptions that are already ready.

I accompanied a visiting Japanese scholar who needed to fill a prescription. He had insurance through an agreement with a standard US insurance system and had the paperwork. Even though the prescription was called in 2 hours in advance, we were told it wasn't ready, we must wait (after already waiting in line). During this wait (for them to put a box into a bag and attach a price), I noticed that the same produce was available over the counter, for $15. The remarkably rude woman who was in charge at the counter then called his name, we waited in line again, and she shoved the package at him and said his insurance didn't work there (even though it should have), and the price was $21. I said... why would we buy this and not the cheaper over the counter product (which was the exact same brand name in the exact same box). She said, it's up to you. Weirdly unhelpful, I didn't know such nasty people even lived in Austin. She probably came from a mean place where people act this way, but still! I usually go to the CVS on Lake Austin Blvd, where the staff are all nice/friendly/helpful...like normal Austin people.

Really unfortunate that I don't feel even a little bit comfortable coming to this CVS anymore because it is on my way to work. The woman who typically works i the early morning is unnecessarily hostile and rude, honestly just scary to interact with.
