on 11/25 2023 I informed the cashier @ Walmart located @ 710 E Ben White that the device was not working that display the prices while cashier is ringing them up . I have reported this before at this same location and nothing has changed. A customer has a right too see that the correct prices are being rung up instead of having too wait until a receipt is given. Walmart please do better and value your customers.

Notified me that my order was in and to pick up before Oct. 27. I arrive Oct. 26 after work and wait-over a half hour in my car. Turns out, they canceled my order and then treated me like it was my fault that I wasn't there earlier (before 11 am)-the day before the notice gave as the deadline. Then said that they THINK I'll get my card refunded in 10 days. Unacceptable treatment. Poor business practices, and all while keeping my money for two work weeks. I'm deleting the app, selling my stock, and taking my personal and company business (I work next store) literally anywhere else. I will gladly pay more to be treated even a modicum better. It gets better. Two other orders I placed for delivery have been canceled this week with a notice "Unable to deliver your order" and I need to reorder. Oh, I will, but not from any WalMart.

For some reason you can't buy socks or underwear without supervision. I assume it's because there are poor people in this area but Walmart should have a single policy that applies to all stores. Awful company.

I love Walmart BUT y'all need to get APPLE PAY now. It's ridiculous. I don't know why y'all are dragging it out, but I bet your profit would go up. I also bet your theft of 3billion in loses would also lower. Come on WALMART!

While the workers are nominally friendly, this location is very dirty and disorganized. I would not recommend it for any reason. Their surveillance robot in the parking lot is downright dystopian and a slap in the face. There are many other stores that have more respect for customers. Solely for the parking lot issue at this Walmart. I would avoid if possible. There is always so much traffic here and it's very hard to get out as the road is connected to a highway where there is ongoing traffic. It takes forever till it's your turn. It's also very crowded going into the store because of how many people go here. I will say they are fully stocked on food always though.

Horrible customer service, no one answers the phones, store always looks crazy inside and they give you ridiculous substitutions. Ordered a xxs pink dog collar they didn't have it so they gave me a medium red collar another was dairy free Mac and cheese and they gave me dairy mac and cheese, ordered cherry juice they were out so they gave me cranberry juice. No substitutions has ever been close to the original.

waited over an hour and burned a quarter tank of gas waiting in the cold for a pick up order of 2 items. Called 10+ times to the posted number and no response and over 5 people who got here after me were helped before me with way more items than me. kinda unacceptable and will be going to more honest places now. I almost made a big scene but you guys dont pay your employees enough to take that either

The staff seems to get overwhelmed at times, but they do a great job. Sometimes a label price is different from the actual price, but this has been more rare.

Here for a curbside pick up. Poor signage for curbside . Service is taking FOREVER!!! I should've just gone inside and shopped because this is so inconvenient!

I was traveling and had a flat. I put the donut tire on, and went to Walmart to buy a new tire. I got excited because there were no cars, and I'm thinking quick service. The manager walks up (coming from the parking lot), and asked could he help me. I told him I needed a tire. He asked did I have an appointment. I said no, I'm not from around here. He told me he couldn't help me. There were ZERO cars there. A 2nd worker walked up and asked could he help me. I told him that I needed a tire and what the 1st guy said. 2nd guy says, "Yeah it's by appointment only." I say, "But there's no one here." He says "we don't have any workers." I asked, "Aren't you two workers?" He says "yes, but we have to take our lunch." I asked did they have to take it together? He had no answer. Looks like to me they are riding the clock and getting paid, but refusing work. I called Walmart Customer Care. Now I'm riding around a city that I'm not familiar with trying to find a tire.

Very disappointing I do a lot of business with Walmart but really are they going to go ahead and just fire all the cashiers so that you can check your own shit and on top of that charge you $.10 a bag really these motherfuckers buy that shit in bulk 100 bags probably cost five cents I'm just saying

They had everything I needed for my shopping experience and I think the prices were good, if you need something like dishes or a keurig machine or even electronics they have it at a reasonable price.

I needed a $12 bike light from a locked bike accessory area and after asking 3 different employees they finally pointed me to someone who had the ability to use the loud speaker and after about 10-15 minutes the employee assured me someone was on their way so I continued to wait, in total I waited for 30 minutes and spoke to 4 employees in the location of the bikes and never did I get assistance for the only thing I came to Walmart to get.

Auto Care sucks. I purchased a tire and they got the wrong label and tire size. I then went to exchange the tire for the right size and they refunded my money and said i was going for a return. Then Abbey who was supposed to help us just walks away and doesn't say nothing. The. comes back with a attitude. Auto Care customer service sucks
