I had some technical issues with my customer portal and the website wasn’t working when I first became a customer, but management was on top of it! They took customer concerns seriously, changed up their website, and worked diligently to get me results and help me out. Great customer service!

Within ten minutes of entering the Storage Star office, the staff member (D), showed us an empty unit in the size we requested. He offered smaller or larger spaces, in case our requested size were not appropriate.
D was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and made our search successful.
Grounds are spotless, space is clean and dry. All better than I had hoped. Price was right.
