I had a fantastic experience at Moscot in Austin thanks to Taylor and Lawrence. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Taylor took the time to walk me through frame options without ever making it feel rushed, and Lawrence made sure everything was dialed in perfectly. Their attention to detail and friendly professionalism made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in Austin and looking for eyewear with top-notch service, this is the spot. Thank you both!

Employees are too busy discussing schedule changes to actually help customers. Went in to buy a pair of glasses but just left. Only customers in the shop but zero assistance.

Went to the store yesterday to buy a pair of sunglasses and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The employee at the counter didn’t greet me or say a single word the entire time. He looked completely disinterested and was dressed in a way that came across as very unprofessional. I walked out within two minutes. This may have just been one employee, but as a first-time customer, it left a terrible impression. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

The team here is super knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience with Laurence who helped me fill my prescription and even adjusted the fit on a pair of glasses I purchased elsewhere. It made getting glasses almost fun!

Customer service is on equal footing with the product which is stellar. I took three pairs of frames in there to get adjusted. Two were Moscot Lemtosh and another was a different brand. Taylor, literally had all three frames custom fitted to my face on the first try. These adjustments helped me to see better since I wear progressive lenses. Thanks again Taylor and everyone at Moscot Austin.

The team is really nice. I went there to repair my glasses, and I appreciated their help and the fact they did not charge me for that. The store itself is great with a lot of different models.

Customer service here is fantastic, many thanks to the team who helped fix my glasses after an unfortunate sitting-related-accident! I got my first pair of Moscots a decade ago, at the original LES location, and what stood out to me then (outside the classic style and craftsmanship) was the care of the owner. This holds true today in spades, now in the Austin TX location.

What an amazing expericne we had on SoCo. The second we came in Laurence connected with us and made us feel unreal comfortbale. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and threw in his expertise to help us hone it in. He even went to grab Zach to get his opinion. The two of them were the perfect team and got us exactly what we were looking for. A+ crew up there.

This review pertains especially to the Austin, Texas Moscot store. The customer service at the store is EXCELLENT. In addition to the store employees having the utmost knowledge and patience, the floor team proved themselves to be flexible and caring. Those are two words that may seem peculiar when it comes to the purchase of eyewear, however, as a relatively new wearer of eye glasses, their support was helpful. Thanks so much Laurence and the Moscot family!

Absolute trash craftsmanship. The nose pad and temple tip fell off in under 6 months with no real strain on them. I guess they aren't built for heat? The handsome design could make it forgivable until they then ask for specific and expensive shipping to be covered by the customer for warranty-covered repairs, rather than taking responsibility for their poor quality. Extremely disappointing given the price point.
