I recently discovered that I was charged twice by Motel 6 Austin, TX - Midtown for the exact same reservation. This duplicate charge only came to my attention because I noticed an unusual amount on my credit card statement—something most travelers, myself included, usually trustingly overlook. If I hadn’t checked, I would have unknowingly paid double. This practice exploits busy travelers who place their trust in Motel 6 reservation system and do not constantly monitor their accounts. I urge you and your reservations team to immediately address this issue, stop duplicating charges, and protect your guests from being unfairly drained of the money they work hard to earn.
I really don't recommend this motel if you want to protect your bank account!

Nastiest motel i have ever been in. Walls dirty, floors dirty, bugs on the floor, stains on the bed pillow and sheets. Pool isn't even available drained and looks destroyed. Would stay far away from this motel.

I'm listening to the tv through the wall and the people upstairs are tweaking cant hold still for more than 30 seconds. The ceiling sounds like its gonna cave in.It's 1:42am on a Thursday night. Don't stay where weekly rates are advertised. Bad crowd

Red stains on the wall. No appliances (microwave and refrigerator, iron and ironing board). So noisy outside next to the main street where there are cars playing loud music,and revving their cars in the wee hours of the night and the neighbors is speaking loudly and slamming on the doors after they go out or when they come in their rooms. Don't stay here for more than one day. Not worth it!
