Had an excellent stay while at this Motel 6.😀 Although its an older motel my room was clean and looked amazing. Viral, the gentleman at the front kept an smile on his face. Housekeepers were friendly and took care of us well. I felt so welcomed. I highly recommend coming to this Motwl 6 address when staying in North Austin. 👍

Made reservations online under my name by my father.But you guys can’t get it straightened out and the front desk young lady wasn’t very helpful at all

They really went above and beyond to accommodate my little dog and I. I rented a room somewhere else but they wouldn't let us stay and won't refund my money

Very basic room. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, two small soap bars.No dresser to put my clothes into. Short on hangers to hang my clothes. Thankfully I brought all my own toiletries.. Could have used additional towels. Room appeared clean, until I saw two roaches running along the walls. We did have a lot of rain which could explain the roaches.
The outdoor lights were so bright it shined into the room even with the curtains fully pulled so I had a hard time getting any sleep. No restaurant nearby and the hotel did not offer any food. The handicapped parking was on the other side of the building from where my room was.

They advise something, but it's not available when you arrive. The location it Great. My bed had something sharp hanging off the side. Plus I booked a king Room they only had Dubble rooms available. One of the beds was blocked the bathroom door. So every time I need to use the bathroom I had to physically move the whole bed to get in and close the door. Tv had big white spots in it . Room wa clean though. Again I didn't expect a whole lot from a Motel 6 but they could do better

They didn’t tell me I needed to request room service other wise the beds won’t get made, the trash won’t be taken care, I won’t have clean towels. They might not answer the phone . I called about 9 times and all I got was busy signal. Even when I walked in the office and called them I got a busy signal

Front desk and staff is always helpful and friendly. Even when I needed a little extra time after check out waiting for my ride when it was ice outside, they helped and accommodated me with an extra 30 mins do it really helped out. Thank you Motel 6 for ALWAYS treating me right at this location. Rooms are upgraded & beds are really comfortable.

This location is mostly quiet. My air conditioner would not make heat and it went below zero our last night. Homeless folks sleep in the tree area behind the fence. They are quiet and harmless, but if that sort of thing bothers you, go to another location because M6 can not do anything g on that property.

The Short Lesbian security guard stole my legal pre-roll medicine out of my room when I left to go get some water/drinks. She was watching the security camera waiting for me to leave my room so she could go inside. I snuck up on her and she got scared because she was doing wrong.
I confronted her about it and she got defensive and called the cops to have me trespassed. And their reason for the trespass is for Illegal Drugs but pre-rolls sold at the corner store isn't illegal. And Diamond the Manager says No smoking on the property which I never did... But a Hispanic couple can smoke weed right outside their room on the property. During the Day no questions asked.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was traveling with my gf and needed a place to stay the night. Did the reservation online but went through for the wrong date and the front desk staff said they were going to refund the other reservation but I had to pay again on site. Seemed sketchy but I trusted the man’s word and it was definitely a scam! Do not stay here they’re far from honest and trustworthy people. Remotes on the rooms don’t work, roaches in the bathrooms and dirty towels. They should not be running a business like this stealing peoples money and being super rude since the first interaction. There are far better options at a better rate near by. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here or do any business at all. Stay safe y’all!!!
