I bought a Ferrari from Motion Classics and couldn't have had a better experience. Starting with the initial phone call, before I even know how serious I was, he was happy to answer my questions and happily sent me a wealth of information (service records, Carfax, etc.). All of this really helped me make a decision.
The car was pristine, well cared for, and represented accurately in the listings. The experience was simple and smooth all the way through. The dealer knows his products and treated me very fairly. After the sale, he made time to answer some follow-up questions, and even referred me to a very reliable Ferrari shop in town for future maintenance. I will buy more cars from Motion Classics.

He went the extra mile to ensure my purchase was as seemly as possible and gave me the confidence of buying a car across the country. From walk around videos, to Pre-Purchase inspections, his transparency was greatly appreciated. I highly suggest him and his team for anyone’s next vehicle. Best car buying experience of my life.... and I've had quite a few at 51 years old. The buying process was quick and couldn't be easier. This place is the anti-dealership....There was zero pressure, zero hovering, and no attempt to sneak in extra crap that I didn't want. I will definitely be coming back when I need another car.

Terrible place to do business with I tryd to buy a Ferrari 360 spider from this place the salesman’s Eric was acting very fishy not answering my calls when I finally got him on the phone I told him let me see the car on face time and the car was broken and could not start i bought car from a lot of dealerships and this place just had a very bad vibe wish I could put 0 stars

This was our favorite car buying experience by far. The vehicle itself was immaculate and well taken care of. The price was more than fair, and we were treated very well. Very easy to transact, and no-pressure sales style. We plan on seeing Eric for our next vehicle also!

Buyer beware. The rentals and environment is cool, but don’t let that full you of buying a vehicle from him. He seems and presents everything well. We paid full price upfront for the car, no negotiations and was over priced, but took that as the car seemed to be in pristine condition and could come to him if any problems. The engine light coincidentally turned on as we were on our way home. As soon as I brought it up, he’s been MIA and unresponsive, then it literally broke down. Along with that, still waiting 4 months later after asking and confirming 3x that the plates have been “shipped”. We honestly had to pay the piper with an extra 7k+ on a new Turbo, pressure pump etc.!! Car has been in the shop for wayy too long, so it’s been a pain! (currently still in the shop). Another dealer not caring about their consumers and only worried about what they profit. This put a lot of stress on us. Sub-par business. Buyer beware!

We purchased a 2017 Tesla 90 from Eric. He was attentive and VERY helpful every step of the way. We live in Missouri and flew to Texas, he was patient and very easy to communicate with. We locked our keys in the car 20 minutes after leaving, called Eric in a panic and he was calm and said no problem and unlocked our car from his app. What a relief. We Highly recommend Eric when you are considering a high end vehicle. He stayed in contact with us for months afterwards to ensure the app transferred to us.

Guys I've been searching for the right deal on an Audi RS 7 for a while now. As luck would have it I found an RS7 Prestige about 30 miles away in Austin. The car is great, every upgrade possibly imaginable and in immaculate condition with a slight 1/4 of an inch scratch on the side panel as it's only defect. I got an immediate response after an inquiry online from Eric the owner of Motion Classics. A couple texts later I was on my way to see the vehicle. First of all I appreciated Eric's concern for myself in regards to social distancing and masks. He was also punctual and on time to our scheduled appointment even though it was last minute. I've never had such an easy and pleasant vehicle purchase in my life. I think the entire transaction took maybe one hour including test drive and a few distractions talking about our college sports days. I appreciated his matter of fact and get to the point attitude. No BS, just what you see is what you get and trust me there was a lot to see with this machine. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle as I'm new to the Audi. After the purchase he took time to sit with me and go through the seemingly unending upgrades and features. But here's the best part. I made it about 20 miles down the road heading home before I pulled over for gas and I could not figure out how to open the gas panel to start pumping. After reading the owners manual and watching a couple YouTube videos I was at a loss. Even though Eric already started heading home himself he turned around and drove the 20 to 30 miles in rush hour traffic to meet me at the gas station. It was a simple fix and user error of course. This is the type of customer service you don't see very often these days especially after a transaction has been completed. I'll definitely return to Eric and Motion Classics once I'm ready to let go of this bad boy but it's not happening anytime soon! Thanks Eric!
