Nice place to bring the kids for sure and the lady at the restaurant area was very nice and friendly, but I will say the employees in the front area that Welcomes the customers really need a lesson on customer service because they all looked very rude. No one greeted us when we got the front register and the lady that was standing there was just staring at me and my family. Didn’t say “hello” or anything. First timers here so didn’t know what to do. My husband had to tell me “The lady is waiting for you to give her the ticket” because again, she didn’t greet us and tell us anything. She just stood there looking at us rudely like we knew what to do. I had to tell my husband “Well I didn’t know because she didn’t say anything to us.” I literally said it in front of the worker so she knows next time to greet the customers. This is an establishment for kids so the workers definitely need to look more welcoming and friendly. But other than that, my kids had fun and were tired by end of day.

It was a cute place however the kiddie area needs some items replaced. The soft blocks were worn and the paint was coming off them. There are interactive cubes that were old and looked like they hadn’t wiped them down.

One of the worst policies place to have a kids party. They just steal money and would not work if there needs to be worked on for a valid exception. Kids were so tired from playing and wanted to have a bit but the staff came informing eating is not allowed inside while they sell food and totally a racial behavior as we saw several others eating food right in the waiting area. Not recommended especially when staff is having so much of racial discrimination.

We visited Mt Playmore on a rainy day during our trip in Austin. If you have toddlers, this is the perfect atmosphere to let them run around and play all over. The toddler section is large and doesn't seem like an afterthought. It was clean and had a good variety of activities for the range of toddler skills. The large obstacle course is large enough for adults to accompany their child through the routes or you can watch from the adult seating in the middle where you have can see through the mesh lining and visually see your child anywhere in the paths (huge plus for us!).The Cafe seemed a bit short staffed/slow, but there is a ton of options for a meal or snacks. Staff was friendly and attentive as well. We will definitely be back if we ever make it back to Austin.

Had my Sons 3rd birthday party here. We had a party room for 2 hours and a table close to the play area for another 2 hrs. So they gave us plenty of time for our party. Our party host Yani was amazing and so helpful ?? will surely request her next time! Thank you for a great experience and fun time! We will definitely be back ?

Couple of the games didn't work. My kid had fun. Some of the kids are rude and will trample smaller kids without a care but that's not the facilities fault

One of the best places for kids in Austin! Comfortable seating for parents. We come here quite a bit, and it’s consistently a great experience. Surprisingly for such places, the food is really good.

We’ve have only been here twice, prior to today, and won’t be returning…we felt extremely targeted at this establishment. We were approached at least 3-4 times for “not abiding by the rules.” Meanwhile, there were other children of the same height and age of my child that were never addressed or spoken to in the toddler area. I have no issue with following rules, but I do take issue with the rules not being enforced for EVERYONE.

I loved the place, very clean, affordable and fair prices. The staff is very friendly and it is very safe for the children. The food has a great variety and the pizza is very delicious. We will definitely be back soon

Horrible service and filthy restrooms. Managers watch you like a hawk and the manager Cody was extremely rude. Not for special needs kids and can tell they had an issue with different races. Never going again and telling my business about this place to not recommend to others in austin.

Came from out of town to let the kids have some fun. And the manager, thin creepy white guy, named Cody was so rude! Our baby who is 13 months old, has feeding issues and goes to therapy. It was our first time and we missed the signs of “ no outside food allowed.” We were sitting in the eating area, even bought slushies for the kids from there and was feeding the baby a breakfast from home. The random manager came out of no where and just blurted out “ no outside food is allowed throw it away” and left. No introduction, no manners, nothing. I called him back to explain to him the feeding issues and he didn’t even care to listen and kept blabbing about how we need to put it away. I understand rules are rules but if he would have said it a nicer way to begin with I would have had no problem putting it away. Defitnley ruined our out of town experience and will be calling corporate. He kept watching us after which was so creepy, so I took a picture to send to corporate and beware to future customers. Also restrooms were super dirty and no toilet paper in either stalls .??

We had a really good time here, and it was on a day that the staff was overwhelmed as they were at-capacity.The playscape is a multilevel square track, and the kids move through it like a river, flowing and kind of in a happy-trance. It was tricky to get them to come out and take a break and have a drink, because they liked it so much.I did not detect any "old smell" that people say about, and there was a hand-washing device for the kids in the dining area. We used Wet Wipes after all the games and such, and did not get sick. The pizza was far better than average and they serve beer for the weary, haha. Food is not really overpriced. My only complaints: We didn't know that they often hit "capacity" on weekends like that. We had a 30 minute wait (not terrible), and the line for refreshments was abysmally slow, taking 45 minutes on average. But overall, great experience.

Loads of fun for toddlers and parents alike. Most importantly, this place doesn't break the bank!
