Munich Auto is a 5 star BMW service facility!
My repair was done on time, the repair costs were discussed ahead of time and the estimate was accurate.
They are a great alternative to the dealership, excellent quality, knowledgeable, and more competitive prices.

I’ve had 2 Mini’s now and I go out of my way to have them worked on at Munich. They do great work, use real parts, and charge fair labor. I have always been happy with the work they do, so take your Bimmer or Mini here if you need it looked at and repaired.

Look no farther for service on your BMW than Munich Auto. Their 5-star rating is well earned and backed up by professional skilled technicians and a transparent and straightforward owner. These are the guys where you send your mother and girlfriend for service on their cars and as long as I own a BMW Ray and his right-hand man, Michael, will maintain my 328i's.

Simply the most sincere, honest professional I have ever dealt with for car service. Believe all the good reviews about Munich because Ray and his people are good, honest, sincere, extremely knowledgeable, and they don't treat you like the dealers do!
(I dreaded going to the dealer and honestly had a most insulting experience with a pretentious, mean service rep), but I will not go back to the dealer as long as Ray and his team at Munich are here to help me, I'm glad to have discovered his shop and it's easy to talk to him and I want to thank him again. Nice job, good guy, great service, and awesome fair prices. Thank you for being there, Ray, and for taking the time to explain everything!

First time here. BMW needed a new battery installed and reprogrammed. No gimmicks, no salesman tactics, great communication process, and top notch customer service. Owner was very nice, professional, and honest. Completed the work $500 LESS than the dealership on McNeil Rd. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

These guys are clearly experienced bmw professionals who care about the end result. They performed three moderate repair items on my car in very good time, and for a very fair price.
