I have been a very loyal customer for a long time but after this experience, I will never be coming back. The employee on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. While I was first in line, he refused to sell to me and made an offensive comment saying he “doesn’t know how we do it back in our country,” which I found racist and unacceptable.
To make things worse, instead of handling the situation professionally, he called the police. I actually wanted to speak with the police myself because of how poorly and aggressively I was treated. This was one of the most uncomfortable and unfair customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Murphy USA seriously needs to do better when it comes to hiring and training employees. No customer should ever be treated this way.🤬😡

What a joke I asked if I could fill up my canteen with water and the associate said the manager's rules it costs 64¢. Like I'm bringing my own container and they are charging over water, lmao! Petty gas station would avoid in the future.

Relatively clean store, good prices on gas and some items if you use the app.

Went inside to pay for gas and the store put a 20$ hold on my card. No one can help.

They are never open the hours listed. Constantly closed before 11pm. Just stopped there on a Friday night at 10 pm and they are closed. Cheapest place for gas in the area but they make up their own hours. What a joke.

TK is an excellent employee and this Murphy station is lucky to have him. Always friendly, professional and courteous to a fault. He's consistently ready to provide the best customer service available. Murphy should promote TK to a supervisory role as he is the reason that so many customers keep returning. This satisfied customer hereby orders this station's management to commend TK with the highest accolades that protocols allow. Keep up the good work, TK!

You should go there just to see Coby! Such a personable and funny young man! He gets transactions done very quickly, always has a kind word and a smiling face. Be cool if you could actually get gas here but the girl working mornings spends an hour locked in the bathroom with the store locked literally every morning she works... wonder what shes doing in there....
