Im giving them a two star only bc the guy was nice. However, again, their pricing is beyond what I would pay at Costco. I figured going this route would be a money saver, but I was so WRONG. They're not a high end retail store, but their pricing is. Go elsewhere ppl

I love this pawn shop been going here for years! This place has everything you can imagine. The staff is amazing. The owner has been there for 30 plus years. Make mustang jewelry and pawn your first stop.

Third pawn shop I went to in a row on South First and definitely great customer service (the only one that had customer service!) Great energy and great vibes! Great selections to buy from - would definitely come back! Did I mention it was great?

I really really think these guys are awesome. They work with you instead of being do quick to sell your stuff if you can't pay it when emergencies happen. They deserve 5 ⭐

These workers try to directly lie and scam you. Even when you prove them wrong. This is most evident when they clearly have no idea about the item they're selling.Historic guns, for example, have tons of videos and documentation about them. A quick google search is enough to show you the things to look for to verify authenticity. But there's also common sense. If the entire gun looks worn, but there are a few parts that have a different finish and look brand new? Replacement parts. It's there a piece missing a serial number? Reproduction part. This doesn't stop them from directly lying and trying to convince me that the gun is 100% authentic and untouched and that's why they're charging $3000 over typical selling prices. Even when showing them the proof, they stand their ground and assume "We just don't know with guns as old as these."It's also worth noting that they charge you extra for items over a specific dollar amount? They tell you to bring cash if it's over $500 or something, otherwise they add an extra fee. Completely backwards. Most stores have a card MINIMUM, not maximum. So for nearly any gun or jewelry purchase, expect to stop by the ATM and bring in a massive wad of cash. You'd expect a cash discount for this, but not at all. They even tried to charge me MORE using cash pretending that taking away tax would be cheaper when it was in fact more expensive. These people want so badly to try and look like smooth sales people, and that all crumbles when they have no idea what they're talking about. They're grimy scammers. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because over the course of many days we did eventually reach a deal. But it was way more complicated than it should have been and I really don't appreciate their dishonesty.

I had a horrible experience. Unfortunately the man with "50 years of experience" didn't learn how to treat customers. Don't recommend for selling or buying.

I've done business with a lot of pawn shops buy a lot of jewelry and watches stop by just to see what they had in stock was interested in buying a men's watch and pawn asking to view a watch I was asked for my ID I've never been asked for my ID to view jewelry at a pawn shop. If you're that paranoid maybe you shouldn't be in that industry

Buyer beware, their prices are outrageously high. They priced a $75 dollar budget guitar at $250 and try to act like it's the genuine article. Shop elsewhere.

These people are amazing. They always look out for you and go above and beyond. If you're trying to find a trust worthy pawn shop, hands down this is where you go.
