We held a birthday party here. Very clean, very safe. Ziplines, ball pit, roller coaster, trampolines. Great time to get children's energy out.

The staff are super friendly and nice. Currently taking my son, he is 3 months old. It's wonderful that they offer classes at such a young age. It gave my baby & I a chance to get outdoors and meet new people. The trial is a great way to see if this works out for anyone & the price for the trial is affordable. Even the monthly membership is a reasonable price.

This gym has been the best experience for my child. Coach Briana and all the other coaches have tremendously helped my kid come out of her shell. The coaches are always extremely patient and encouraging with the kids and make them feel like they can do anything.We did the Ninja Class for our 4 (now 5!) year old, and I’ve never seen her feel more proud of herself and confident when she completes the obstacle courses they set up. If you’re looking for an activity for your little one, this is it! It’s a safe and fun environment that will help your little one grow in confidence and ability.Thank you to all the staff here at My Gym for helping my little one grow. I can’t thank you or recommend this place enough.

My daughter attended the Ninja Training class and absolutely loved it. She was obsessed with the amazing coaches who seemed to genuinely care and try to make every kid feel special. Her favorite coaches were coach Bryan, coach Heather, and coach Brianna. This class was fun and creative obstacle courses, gymnastics, and yoga. They even include a kid power minute at the end where they discuss important topics kids should know like what to do in emergency situations and anti bullying. If you're looking for a clean safe place for your kid to play, learn, and make new friends I definitely recommend My Gym Austin!

We just celebrated my 3-year-old’s birthday here and it was a fantastic experience! The party was a mix of free play and structured games/activities for the kids, and everyone truly seemed to have a great time. The staff were friendly and did a wonderful job interacting with the kids, too.It was really easy to book the party online and My Gym sent me a survey about a week before to iron out any additional details. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect!

We’ve been attending my gym classes for the better part of a year now. Coach Brianna is so great with the kids in class. She is always animated and enthusiastic, which helps keeps the kids excited throughout the class. Her planned activities are perfect for my son’s development stages and are challenging but doable. I highly recommend for babies and toddler age.

I asked to enroll my one year old child who is deaf in their gym and in their email to me, one part of their response was this:“However, I regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request at this time. Our class facilities are not currently equipped to handle the unique needs of individuals with hearing impairments. This includes a lack of visual cues, accessible communication devices, and trained staff to assist with any necessary support.”My daughter is a normal child, she only cannot hear which should not prevent her from being able to join their gym. We never asked for them to provide communication devices, we only asked if they would be able to communicate with us about what we would be doing in class that day. A simple printed paper explaining about the class would have been great. Staff do not have to be trained to work with a deaf child, they just need to be mindful of tapping on their shoulder to get their attention.This is absolutely not a place I would recommend if they refused my child in their gym just because she is deaf.

I bought a package in February 2020 that included a free month of membership. I haven’t cashed it in thanks to covid. The owner would not reimburse me but promised it would never expire. I just tried to use it, and they will not honor it. I cannot support a business that offers bad customer service. Yes, new ownership. It seems pretty short-sided as people tend to support businesses that provide a good product with good customer service. I would more than likely have continued the monthly program. Now I won’t even try it as there are many similar businesses that do provide good customer service and a great gym like experience for kids.

This place used to be great, but now it's run by a bunch of kids. Lately, it's been dirty and sticky.. like no one cleans it. The lady who does the Early childhood care class sometimes doesn't even watch them. And now with open not until 10:30, this place is becoming a joke.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. They make sure to provide a safe and fun environment for the kids to learn and play in. The classes are well-structured and the equipment is top-notch. I highly recommend MyGym for any parent looking for a high-quality, engaging activity for their child.

I bought a package that included a free month of classes in February 2020, right before Covid became a problem. The owner would not reimburse me, but promised that the free month would never expire. Now I'm trying to use the free month and I'm being told they will not honor it. I cannot support a business with bad customer service.

Do not do a trial!!!! Horrible customer service. The owner was extremely aggressive and rude. We did the trial and since we didn't cancel our card was charged $149 for 3 months and a refund was refused! Warning! Stay away! It's a shame to have such a horrible customer service for a children's place.

Staff are amazing!! Always helpful, supportive and willing to help. My Grandson loves the classes, as well as the free play. Very versatile gym, I appreciate the all day free play, or structured classes. A fun, safe environment for infants thru 9 years old.
