I came in because my glasses had broken! The service was fast and friendly. Jason was the one who helped and the words I can use to best describe him are extraordinarily hospitable, friendly, and understanding. It was the best service!!

While Dr. Kennedy, Jason and Terry at the Angus Rd. facility are EXCELLENT in patient care and customer service, the lab making the lenses is ABOMINABLE! Both my wife and I ordered replacement lenses 5-1/2 weeks ago, both of our lenses had to be returned to the lab THREE TIMES EACH because they were not the correct shape for our frames. We will continue seeing Dr. Kennedy, but most likely will not order lenses there any more.

Would not recommend, makes a lot of excuses and in my experience the story always changes on why they haven’t gotten my glasses yet. It’s been over 4 weeks and counting and I’ve yet to obtain my pair after spending so much.

If you are in need of exceptional vision care look no further! My Eye Dr is the best! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome and they set the tone for a great visit.
Dr. Kennedy is very kind and makes you feel at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She explains everything in a manner which you can understand and you can easily tell that she genuinely cares about her patients.
My husband and I have been going to My Eye Dr. for a few years now and a big reason for that is Jason. He always greets you with a welcoming smile and then sits with you to talk about any concerns before starting the exam. Throughout the exam he is very thorough and will explain what each test is for and will answer any questions you have. Jason will get to know you throughout the process and then he will help you in selecting your new set of frames. And he is very patient with you while you're looking for that perfect pair! He really goes above and beyond for his customers!

I've been to this location on several occasions, even being my wife and a friend to get glasses. The service is spectacular. The Tech Terry has especially gone above and beyond by helping answers my many questions, and even helping me straighten my frames after I sat on them. Truly awesome service. It’s been 3 was since lenses were ordered; wasn’t notified they’d been delivered. Only to find out lenses were delivered uncut & had to be returned. It’ll take longer than a month at least for what was supposed to be 10 days!
