Update: The office team reached out to me immediately and was able to get me in much sooner for my follow-up appointment. I really appreciate their responsiveness and courteousness during the follow-up appointment!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this office, and I only gave it 2 stars because I really liked the technician/office manager that I saw for the first part of my appointment.
This was my first time to the office and when Dr. Vincent saw my current contact prescription, he said that they do not make that brand anymore and he suggested a new brand. I’ve had that brand for many years and like it, but trusted him that if it was no longer made then I would have to switch. He wrote me up a new prescription, and the lady that was helping me check out was very pushy about buying contacts. I politely told her that I wanted to check my supply at home to see how many boxes I would need to buy and that I also wanted to try out the trial pair (since it was a new brand) before purchasing. She continued to push me to buy contacts but finally relented when it was clear that I was not going to be doing that. I wore the trial pair for nearly a week they were not as comfortable. After researching online, I found that not only do they still make my previous brand, but they sell through the MyEyeDoctor website! I called the office back and asked if I could have my prescription switched to my old brand and now I have to go back for a follow up appointment and I cannot get it scheduled for nearly 3 weeks. This is such a pain!

My kids and I have been patients for 7 or 8 years and think Dr. Vincent is great. He's always been super detailed and has been a pleasure. They have some great equipment in general and find the eye appointments excellent. Now the reason for the 2 stars is that in the past few years, I think the front office and eyewear staff is greatly lacking. When I first starting going there, it felt like a small office that cared about the patients and was really helpful and informative. I don't get that sense as much anymore and don't enjoy having to deal with them. A few years back, I felt the person helping me trying to push me to get a second pair of glasses only because my insurance would cover the majority of the cost. Not be cause I needed it. She was very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. This year, I got two pairs and found out that they no longer have insurance on the frames or lenses and I didn't find out until just after a month after buying them and needing them fixed. They told me I only had 30 days and that they used to have insurance on all purchase before but not any more. Why they wouldn't disclose that when I purchased that is beyond me. But she said I could get 50% off of new frames. Is that the new sales model now? I have nothing against Dr. Vincent, as he is great, but perhaps this is part of falling under the "MyEyeDr" brand. I would have coughed up the $29 for insurance had I been notified that this policy had changed. Been a while since I felt duped and had someone just smile at me about it and say "Sorry". Just not the same experience it once used to be for us. I would promptly leave if I didn't have the history there, but I'm not considering going somewhere closer to me. I think the dr. and the merch aspects should go hand in hand but doesn't seem to be these days.
Update 7/4/2024: Called the number after being contacted in order get more information of exactly what they were entertaining and got their voicemail. Seems they were offering for me to pay the insurance so that I can get it replaced. I then took a few minutes to see what exactly was wrong with the glasses, after being told it can't be repaired. I "unlocked" the spring on the ear piece with some minor force and tightened the screws and gently bent the ear pieces back. Fits better than before. I won't need to purchase insurance, nor do I care to go back there for any repairs or service. Funny how someone who deals with this stuff everyday couldn't look at it and think it could be fixed when I was able to do this at home with some primitaive tools. Will have to consider if I want to go back when the time comes for any one of my kids or my appointments. My take is that they are quick to offer the most expensive services when purchasing but maybe don't make as much on commission when it comes to insurance claims. This may or may not be the motivation, but I can't help but feel like the person who I was dealing with was more concerned about the sale vs. what it was that I really needed. Again, I didn't always feel like this with this place but things do change with time and people.

Doctor did not want to see at my appointment because I was late by a couple of minutes. I can understand if there were too many people waiting in the line but that was not the case. I was the only person at that time. Clearly they did not care about patient satisfaction and rather want me to drive back for 30 minutes and reschedule my appointment. The front desk staff was not helpful either. Never visitng this place again.

I highly recommend this location for your eyecare needs. My girlfriend and I have been coming here since our very first pairs of glasses with Dr. Vincent many years ago, and we have always had an ideal experience.
All of the staff we have interacted with were always extremely friendly and took great care of us. They have consistently provided the type of care and service that keeps us coming back. I recently went in to discuss an old payment issue that I didn't notice for a very long time (my fault) and they were willing to work with me to provide a resolution that exceeded my expectations. That is not something that is super common these days, and I really appreciated the efforts.

I had a mechanical problem with my glasses (nose-piece broke off) and needed a new one/repair. The staff was friendly, courteous, promptly solved my problem with BETTER, more comfortable support pieces and the charge? Nada. Zero. Nothing. Niente. Rien.
These are nice, good people with an excellent service.
Five stars.

Have been going here for several years, for my family’s eye care needs.Dr. Vincent is very good!However the front staff is beyond pathetic. Firstly I made it to my appointment last week on time (late afternoon, Monday). Had to skip half a day at work and drive 20+ miles (and another 12 back) to bring my family along.After getting there the receptionist tells me our machines are broken since morning and we will reschedule you. When I asked her why didnt they call me to inform, she rudely said ‘we are busy’ and started cleaning her nails. Forget courtesy and apology.. she was aggressively responding..Then I thought may be since I was there, let me look at the frames.. the lady handing the glass section was thoroughly dismissive and least interested to help out. She did not want to stand up even to help with glasses behind the door.. Nor interested in answering any questions. Had to prod them to look up benefits to figure out an estimate.I think I had enough.. They lost a customer who has been going there for almost a decade now.

This was my son and my first visit to this clinic for annual eye check up after going to our original eye doctor for 18 years. The only reason for the change was due to lack of appointment availability at the original clinic and benefits ending by year end.Dr. Vincent was great!Reason for 2 star - my son has been wearing the same contacts brand and type for years. They did not have to do any fit check due to that and we even brought the last years prescription and he was also wearing the same contacts. However, along with other fees we were charged for contacts fit check that was never performed as it was not needed. When mentioned that there was no fit check done the tech without confirming with the doctors mentioned we have to pay or he will not issue the contact prescription.Watch out for sneaky charges. Would suggest confirming the charges up front.
