Have gone to this shop two times a year apart and they remembered me. Great service, very professional and helpful. I don’t know much about car maintenance so it’s great to have a shop like this that you can trust to do a great and fair job. Highly recommend.

I scraped a concrete post with minor damage but on 3 panels. The proposed fix was very reasonable given the situation (e.g., buffed a plastic trim piece where it was scuffed instead of insisting it be replaced) and avoided time and labor that would have made it a much more expensive repair. Dropped the car of on a Thursday evening before they closed and picked it up Saturday afternoon. Repair looks perfect. Hope not to need auto body repair work in the future, but if I do, I'll bring it to Nas.

I walked into the wrong business for a new window replacement for my Camry but ended up being the best complete auto service company. Not only did I get a new window replacement but also got oil change and door mechanism with the handle replaced. My car looks pretty nice and my teenagers are not embarrassed to drive it now.😊
We are very Thankful for their wonderful customer service, quality work and honesty.

Shop staff are very kind and nice, the overall process has been pretty okay that being said, this shop takes FOREVER to complete a car. I've been waiting 6 weeks as of today for just a front bumper + hood + 1 headlight casing. as stated in other reviews they will answer the phone but they either say they don't have the part / it was mis-ordered / or it's back ordered / or they're just waiting for it ect. overall my rating would be higher if they could speed up their turnover rate for vehicles that being said the staff was never rude or unkind but they definitely will forget to call you back every time, you have to be on the ball about calling them if you want any kind of update.

I brought my vehicle here through insurance claim and I can truly say that this is the best place to get your vehicle repaired at. My car looks brand new and it looks like it's never been damaged in the first place. I will be coming back here with any problems I have with my vehicle they're truly great people and made this process easy for me. I highly recommend Nas to get all body work done👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽great work

I took my 2016 NX to the shop a month ago, and they took over a month to do poor-quality work. When they painted the car, they oversprayed the entire vehicle, so now I have to deal with that as well. The parts they used on my car were either broken, damaged, or didn't even belong to the car. They used electrical tape to hold a foam piece in place on the bumper. The shop charged the insurance company for new parts but installed broken, used parts they had lying around in the back of the shop.
I kept calling the shop, asking if my vehicle was ready, and they kept saying, "Oh, I’m waiting for this part," or "The part is on backorder," or "We don’t have it." All of this is just excuses.
Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Please do your research before going to this place. They charge so much money for this kind of work. This shop is a scam.

I called Nas Auto on a whim at 5pm one day for an estimate expecting to leave a voicemail, but John answered. He unexpectedly offered to stay later to provide an in-person estimate if I could get to the shop within 30 minutes, which was so so kind. Upon arrival, John was super knowledgeable, professional, and the overall process for an estimate was quick & efficient. I’ve since been working with Daesha (in-office) on all of the payment / details - she’s caring, also efficient, and has made the process seamless. Repairs on my car so far have also all been addressed / look great. 10/10 would recommend Nas Auto - thanks, guys! - Lexi

He is quite busy around the clock. So, getting his appointment itself is a big of a deal.

John did an amazing job repairing my bumper. He was very straightforward in his explanations and his workmanship is excellent. I went to three body shops to get an initial estimate and this place had the most fair quote along decent turnaround time. I definitely recommend to others!
