This place is great every time I've gotten here I've had the best experience ever they great with any questions that need to be answered JP has always been a great representative of this shop. Hector has always been polite and upfront with any questions you have with any product pawning or buying. To be honest all the employees here always great ready to answer any questions ready to help out with any answers it always available when busy are always polite. This pawn shop has the best employees in Austin. They helped out so much. I had some questions about some items I was purchasing and they answered them and assisted me very professionally. Very sweet employees. Always so helpful and sweet. They all deserve a raise!
