Good store. I didn't see anything outstanding but it was a cool place. Prices were pretty high.

I’m disappointed with this thrift shop. It’s a second hand clothing shop and prices are already insanely high. It’s aimed for college students in the area but they aren’t willing to part with a couple of dollars to sell their items. Cashier tried to tell me that no one in the area gives discounts. Guys I kid you not I went down the entire block of Guadalupe thrift shopping for Black Friday sales ! And let me tell you these are the only people that didn’t have a discount sale going on at their store. I asked for 5 dollars off on one item and cashier was super reluctant to say yes. So reluctant I had to ask if they atleast had military discount. Again he was reluctant to say yes but finally gave up and said okay I’ll do it. But at this point it was a bad experience and I could tell the cashier was feeling some type of way . I would understand if this was a shop in the mall with brand new clothing that’s never been worn but this isn’t the case. You guys aren’t gonna go out of business if you sell the items for 5 bucks cheaper when you’re still making a profit . Your guys business is customer sales but the real sale is keeping the customer coming back to your store and if your service is mediocre that’s not gonna happen. Thank you and have a blessed day.

I’ve purchased some really good shirts from here, they usually always have good deals and good products. But, they have a huge issue when it comes to online buying or even mailing. If you purchase from their site, theres a chance they’ll lose your package multiple times SOMEHOW. If not that then they won’t send it out for a week or so until you have to bug them and remind them when it’s shipping only for them to have left it behind. Probably how they lose the packages anyway. The other thing that makes it worse is they’ll advertise a shirt they’re obviously gonna sell and when you ask for it they tell you someone holding on to it with out even purchasing it. Yet if you ask to hold something theyd already have it sold by the next day. I’ve had nothing but a 50/50 experience with never knew. Both good and terrible but I’m not the type to continue to put up with that when I’m paying someone to go sells shirts for a living to just drop it off at a mail box. That’s why I generously gave an extra star cause at the same time I guess I can understand losing your train of thought or whatever.

This is quite literally the BEST store to shop at when in the Austin area , they have everything down to tees, jackets, jeans , all curated by the very knowledgeable store owners. The atmosphere in the store is more than welcoming to everyone and the music taste shows how cultured they are. You will learn something new every time you go and pay them a visit ! Never Knew for the people !

On a popular street with a number of other 2nd hand stores, Never Knew is a standout for their selection of street wear to sell, prices for their clothes, and friendly workers. The owner provides a safe place for all its shoppers, the store is normally clean and inviting. I recommend Never Knew if you want to shop gently used clothes with a nice aesthetic for 90s, grunge, sports teams, and modern street wear brands.

Every time I go here I always leave with something. Their sweatshirts are always good and they have a variety of graphic tees.

Never Knew is the best vintage store in Austin. You can find tons of neat shirts for as low as $15, or you can shop grails that are hundreds of dollars. Everything is reasonably priced, period. The reviews that state high prices or lack of size inclusivity are mistaken. If you're looking for cheaper, less curated items then Pavement is nearby. Never ever been treated like less than family here, I hope they stay around forever.

Friendly staff and an excellent selection of some of the coolest vintage I’ve ever seen. Fairly priced for most items. More expensive is the really rare stuff, but that isn’t even too crazy. Great experience!

They have a lot of shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets in my size but all of the pants were too small. They are also unreasonably priced for such a new business. Like I get that they are vintage but they are just regular cloyhes from like the 90s, i dont think it ahould be that expensive
