Incredible job by Logan to touch up several paint chips that accumulated over time. He found a perfect paint match, wet sanded and then reapplied ceramic coating to better-than-new in those spots. Highly recommend if you have any issues with your paint or just need an awesome detailing.

I recently took my new car straight from the dealer to No Mediocre for ceramic coating and I couldn't be more satisfied. After looking around online at various shops, I decided on No Mediocre. This car purchase was my dream that I had waited 15 months for and I wanted to do everything possible to keep it pristine. I was EXTREMELY nervous to leave it with just anyone but Logan's sincerity and passion for the business quickly put my anxiety at bay. No Mediocre surpassed my expectations and I 100% recommend their services to everyone. I recently bought my new VW Golf R and travelled to Texas to pick it up. I messaged Logan to inquire about ceramic coating and he called me right away to talk. There’s a lot of guys who get a polisher and watch a couple of YouTube videos and think they can detail a car — and most people won’t notice the shot it’s they take or the places they miss.No Mediocre is one of maybe three shops in Austin that deserves the title of detailer. Logan’s work is meticulous and perfect in every way. I ordered my car brand new from a dealership in Iowa and was so excited to get the car of my dreams. I wanted to ensure I took great care of this car so decided to get with Logan from a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I did. He is truly the most knowledgeable person in his field and is more than happy to share the education he has with his clients. I thought I knew how to take care of my car pretty well but just a 5 min conversation with Logan and I was mind blown at all the things I had been doing wrong with my past car. Now, I am on the right track to really ensure this beauty is in pristine condition and remains that way. We wanted it ceramic coated for protection and ease of maintenance especially of the polished wheels. The suburban turned out amazing! The wheels were polished along with the paint and coated! I’d recommend doing business with No Mediocre to anyone!

Logan of No Mediocre hit me up as I put out a request for detailing on a car I bought out of state right around the time the virus started. The dealer had half assed the detail on the Cayenne prior to shipping it and it arrived with a grungy interior. Needless to say, it drove me nuts. Didn't want to risk a larger car wash/detailer so I asked for his mobile services. Logan showed up promptly around afternoon and spent a few hours detailing both the exterior and interior. I got back the car that I'd wanted to see when it was shipped down to me. He was very thorough and attentive, and it came out looking fantastic. He even pointed out some problem areas to revisit, mainly some improper application of wax. And used a steam gun to cleanup the logos that had residue on them from the previous messed up details. Would highly recommend No Mediocre for your car detailing needs. Very happy with the final result!
