I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Nordstrom in Barton Creek, thanks to the incredible service provided by Lexy, Emily, and Carrie. From the moment I walked in, all three were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.
Lexy was especially knowledgeable and made the entire shopping process feel effortless. She had great insight into product options and was incredibly patient as I explored different styles. Emily brought such a positive, upbeat energy—it really felt like shopping with a good friend who just gets your taste. And Carrie tied everything together with her professionalism and attention to detail, making sure every step—from sizing to checkout—was smooth and seamless.
It’s rare to find a team that works so well together while making you feel like a VIP customer. I left not only with items I love, but with the kind of memorable service that keeps you coming back.
Nordstrom is lucky to have them!

The “women’s lounge” nursing area was completely filthy. The couch was very dirty and seemed to not have been cleaned for awhile , after I wiped it down myself, the wipe I used was black. It can already be challenging shopping with an infant and not having at least a clean area to nurse and tend to them felt a little discouraging because Nordstrom is usually a nice store.

Alyssa at Mac makeup 💄goes above and beyond!
Went in for makeup shopping haul and she was on point with recommendations she is very attentive and knowledgeable on products that were best suited for me she is very talented and has a keen eye for details I left feeling beautiful and valued as a client and individual.

Never once was I asked if I needed help finding anything. I was looking in the shoes department. Maybe because I didn't look like them!!!

I’ve been shopping at this location for over a decade. Anniversary sale is always around my birthday and this year I picked out a lot of nice items. Well I returned all of it and reordered everything from the Nordstroms at the Domain. Your staff need training. You’ve lost a loyal customer at this location.

I had such a great experience with their bra fitters. The store is so well organized. They carry sizes other stores do not. The sales associate Lauren greeted me right away, helped me confirm my size, then grabbed multiple bras that worked for what I needed. I found the perfect fit in about 10 minutes and I was out the door in 15.

I love this store, any time I come in I’m always greeted with the best attention and care. I had a particularly positive interaction with Jacquelyn V. in the women’s department. She made my shopping experience so much fun and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so knowledgeable of what was in the store and is a wonderful reflection of why I continue coming to Nordstrom.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Nordstrom! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The standout for me was the exceptional service I received at both the Chanel and Jo Malone counters. The associates at Chanel were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking time to walk me through different products, answer all my questions, and even offer tips based on my skin tone and preferences. It didn’t feel rushed or salesy and just genuinely helpful and friendly.
At Jo Malone, I was equally impressed. The team helped me discover a scent combination I wouldn’t have considered on my own, and they made the process feel personal and fun. They offered samples, explained the stories behind each fragrance, and even gave thoughtful gifting suggestions. It was clear that they cared about helping me find something I truly loved, not just making a sale.
Beyond the beauty counters, the store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Check-out was smooth and efficient, and I left feeling like a valued customer. Nordstrom consistently sets the bar for excellent customer service, and this visit only confirmed why it’s one of my favorite places to shop!

usually in the shoe department there is always someone asking if i need help, but today i didn’t see anyone except this young man standing on his phone sometimes glancing over. I saw these shoes i’ve been looking for, but too bad no one wanted a customer and instead just ignored me 🤷🏼♀️ this happened today on 7/7
