This place is great. We’ve actually never had a vet that called after our visits to follow up on how my dog Max is doing, and I really appreciate that! I felt this hospital truly cares about us. We saw Dr.Little, she’s really cool and very thorough.

Hands down the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. My boy has major health problems all of the time, and they always take care of him. I love seeing them (although we see them way too much) ? but they make the visits personable and I haven’t met anyone on staff who has been anything less than amazing. They always get back to me, their providers call me, and the front desk always assists me with kindness. I’ve never had a vet experience like this before. Thank you so much!

The team and vets are extremely helpful with taking care of my bearded dragon. The follow ups are also great to ensure my beardie is in good health.

Dr. Jonathan Stone recently put down several PERFECTLY HEALTHY DOGS just because they were seniors. When BRC Recovery in Manor, TX closed he had the ability to set their dogs up for adoption but he personally CHOSE to put them down instead. There are plenty of people who would happily adopt a senior dog to give it a happy last couple of years, but he decided it would be easier just to end their lives. I can't understand how a veterinarian could make such a heartless decision. I wouldn't trust my dogs anywhere near this man or any place that would hire him.

We came because our 8 yr old son wanted his pet tortoises to be looked at and to establish care. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Both the technician and the vet spoke to my son for the appointment which I appreciated since he is the one who takes care of his tortoises. They were very thorough in their examination and we felt we were in good hands.

I’ve coming here for 7 years for my previous cat and current dog. The staff are always friendly and the vets/techs are great at keeping my dog calm during the visit. Thanks!

She has passed but the old lady cat of our family & we had as positive as possible experiences with the services & staff here in recent years (through to today). Definitely recommend! They are responsive, efficient & professional but also kind & make an effort to relate to their human clients.I have also appreciated that they seem to handle their scheduling well. (I've had difficult long waits & other issues at a couple different local veterinary offices before.)

Dr.Little was so kind to our dog Willy. He’s old and has mobility problems. The doc put tips on his back toes that really help and advised about pain management. I highly recommend this clinic!

Our dog, Gwyneth, was seen on Oct. 5, 2023 for her annual exam and vaccinations. Dr. Tomlin and Cody provided skilled, sensitive care to Gwyn who struggles with separation anxiety. They were knowledgeable, patient and caring. Gwyn required follow-up care that was provided by another NAAH veterinarian. She and Tiffany clearly explained actions we needed to take. All the NAAH staff members were helpful and willing to answer questions. We recommend NAAH to anyone seeking quality care for their pets.

We love NAAH! They take excellent care of both of my dogs -- but have been so amazing with one in particular. Even though my dog Riggins has been going to them since he was a puppy, he developed truly severe vet anxiety. A few years ago, the vet who was seeing him at the time recommended we bring him in for consistent "happiness visits" -- just short visits where they give him treats and love and show him around / desensitize him. We did those pretty consistently for over a year, and it made an enormous difference. He is still anxious, but he goes in tail wagging and happy to see them. They have been so flexible and supportive in their care of him, and we truly appreciate it.In general -- their office is efficient and responsive, and everyone who works there has been very kind. Thanks NAAH for everything!

North Austin Animal Hospital is full of people who know, remember, love, and care for your fur child like their own. Also very efficient, organized, fast. It's really everything you could want!

I'm a new guest at this veterinarian, but they seem to have 100% of my pets interest at heart and I appreciate that. They also have a cute photo shoot spot for the pets and mine is a little rascal so she doesn't sit still, but still adorable

Passionate and caring team. Thoughtful and intentional actions that help keep a vet visit as low stress as possible for both humans and their masters.

This is a long overdue thank you. North Austin has taken care of our pets cine we moved here 17 years ago and they have only gotten better. There isn't space to mention all the times this practice saved or extended the life of one of our pets. Dr. Heppner leads a first-rate team. In particular, we are indebted to Dr. Little for the excellent and compassionate care she provided to our dogs and to Dr. Peña for knowing just how to communicate and work with us when one of them had a crisis. North Austin deserves our deepest gratitude and has earned our highest recommendation.
