This is the place to go when you are in Austin. Saltt restaurant was a wonderful experience. The food reminded me of home. If you love cheesecake, then the Red Velvet Cheesecake with the crunched up Oreos is mesmerizing and tantalizing to your taste. My family loved the drinks, so they kept ordering them. My only complaint is that there were not enough grilled items to select from. The evening manager (Mr. de la Rosa) and the owner (Mr. Underwood) were very personable and accommodating. It was the best customer service ever. I was impressed that there was a live dj playing music. My husband and I were in town visiting family and friends, so I went to Saltt with my in- laws to celebrate Father's Day. My in-laws enjoyed themselves so much that they said they definitely would return since they live in town. I will definitely go there the next time I'm in town. The food and drinks are so good that there is a waiting line to the door. Be sure to call ahead to book a reservation and your order if you plan to dine in. This place is very popular, so don't miss out.
