Had a bad experience at this location today as a regular!!! I hate this part where, I have to leave a bad review with this company!!! One of Northern Tool representatives followed me around the store as if I was stealing or going to steal!!! Will be calling corporate as well!!! More training is needed at this location!!!

Doesn’t keep online stock updated, driven here on multiple occasions as online shows multiple of the item I need to be in stock, only to arrive and find there’s none actually available. Employees aren’t very helpful when asking about products in store either. Hard to keep coming back after this happens repeatedly

Bought a Stihl string trimmer.
The staff was great to work with. They found the best price for me.
This store has just about everything you would need for most projects.
The store was clean and well lit.
Plenty of parking

Expect no help when browsing and lack of inventory control - items listed as in stock online turn out to be out of stock regularly.
You'll also get hit with a restocking fee if you return a product for anything other than being damaged.

Ty, and Terry are some of the best workers I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. All three of them go above and beyond on every aspect of helping me get what I need. The Poor review is based on the Company and the terrible management from their corporate office. Won’t say too much other then I’ve been coming to this store for over a year now and all I see is a result of poor management from the corporate office! Can’t believe the employee I was speaking to was rushed off the floor.

We bought a brand new Stihl HT 135 pole saw at Northern Tool at the 804 E. Braker Ln, Austin, TX 78753 location. Elisandro went out of his way to make sure we got the right one and that it worked properly although it was already closing time. The associates behind the counter were quick, efficient and helpful as well. All these guys deserve recognition as well as the individual who had the good business sense to hire them! Good job everyone at this Northern Tool!

3 stars are based that the website shows local stock but really that is not correct. Placed my order for pickup and got a call back from them stating these items were not in stock at the store. Need to clean that up on your website.
