Nova is awesome!!! I shopped around Austin and the majority of quotes were $1k higher than what I was quoted at Nova (same parts too!) — Not only was the estimate spot-on, but Nova spent considerable time with me going over the details of the work needing to be done and gave a realistic expectation of where the “wiggle room” was as far as body work goes - as a grad student they worked with me to get a quote I was comfortable with. They value their client base and it showed in the interactions I had!
Not only did they do a stellar job making my Mazda camera-ready again, but they did it within a one week turnaround (they estimated 2 weeks!). No BS, just great customer service and clean body work all around — I was first recommended Nova by my partner and would recommend it to anyone needing a reliable shop in the Austin area.

WOW! So I bottomed out my Kia Sorento and tore up the plastic cover underneath and busted some fasteners. It was going to be over $359 for the part and installation, but the tech said that it wasn't a necessary repair and that it wasn't unsafe to drive the car the way it was.
He then took a fastener and fixed a side trim piece for free!
When I'm ready to do the work, I'm absolutely going to NOVA!

This is my second time being a customer at Nova Body Shop. The first time was back in 2020, and they did a fantastic job. Even as someone with a keen eye for detail, I was impressed. They used all OEM parts and completed the work in a timely manner. If you're looking for quality work from a local business, this is the place to go.

Had my total loss car tooken away with all my personal items without verbal confirmation which they were supposed to get prior. My insurance was supposed to wait 72 business days to gov end time to determine if the car was to be sent back to me or taken in. Nova claims they got verbal confirmation from Progressive to have it picked up. When speaking to them (Han) supervisor verbally told him that is not the process and why did he releases the vehicle. Now my car is somewhere in Dale Tx and I have to figure out how to get it back. Ridiculous people there! Don’t trust the stars.
