This review is long overdue, but I'd like others to be aware of my experience.
My vehicle was brought in due to a claim. Unfortunately, I had to return multiple times due to the vehicle paint not being the correct color as well as dents still being visible. Staff was hit or miss. Thankfully, making the claim part was easy, and communication with the adjuster was great, unfortunately the repair was a long and frustrating process.

Kim was very helpful in providing updates to me about the progress on the repairs to my car. There were several issues that caused delays and she always kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. She is a truly genuine person and really helped

Kimberly was a tremendous help with my insurance claims. She was very knowledgeable and explained things to me that I had no experience with or understanding. She definitely made this ordeal much less daunting. I greatly appreciate the collision center’s willingness to help me out and be flexible with my dealing with the insurance companies. Things could’ve gone much worse, but instead they went quite well

Misty did an excellent job of making sure my Jeep was properly evaluated for damages and safety. While the other repair shops tried to skimp by on cheap risky repairs. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the folks here. They worked hard (weeks of negotiations) to make sure that my vehicle was repaired the RIGHT way, not just the cheapest way (because insurance). Even after everything, when I asked to use a discount that I mentioned before we knew it was going to be a drawn-out, dramatic ordeal, they responded “Oh yeah we already applied that! You’re good to go.” They kept me updated throughout and thoroughly explained their rationale for what they planned to do. I am so thankful that I went to them for my repairs.

I recently ran into a cement wall and dented and scraped the whole right side of my car. Misty was so informative and gave me an estimate within minutes. My biggest concern was one of my doors not opening, but she had Josh crowbar the dent out in just a few minutes and my door opened! I could not be more thankful for her and Josh’s help today - without me even having to ask!

I put my 2020 Jeep Rubicon in for bad factory paint which was covered under warranty. They called me and said it was ready, went to pick it up and it looked terrible. The paint was not blended with original paint so I left it and told them it needs buffing to blend the paint. A few days later, they let me know it was ready. I drive a hour from my home each trip, back and forth, it looked decent this time. I go in to sign off on paperwork, she hands me some screws from my Jeep. They had forgotten to put them in my drivers door, so it would stay open when you get out. I had to get someone to repair this after I got home. I was not a very happy lady. I wasted time and gas going to Austin.

Scott and Kim, the two folks running the front part of the collision center, are outstanding to work with. Kim has all the administrative tasks covered ; and, Scott is a no-nonsense straight talking kind of guy. In a nut shell, they made a very stressful situation a bit less so. No small task when someone totals your much beloved Fiat 124 Spider with a rock. Don't want to end on a negative ; so, yes, feel confident in entrusting your vehicle with them.
