There is no part of the ‘express service’ that is actually close to express. Be careful about having your Dodge serviced at Maxwell. Today on a random Tuesday afternoon was over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation … $200+ ….wow!

First last talk about the pictures … it’s not the same place as shown in the google maps.
They are not official fiat they don’t even have a sign fiat on the front.
Second. Staff . the first man who attended me was sweet and nice. I told him my fiat key didn’t come cut and I couldn’t open my car in an emergency, very politely he took me inside to parts department and guaranteed me they could do it.
The second man unfortunately, was rude from the start, I could tell he didn’t want to help me. Maybe he’s racist bc I am foreign I don’t know.
He first asked me rudely for my proof or purchase. I said I had it . Then he didn’t want to help at all came with an excuse that only the fabricant could make my key. That would cost me over 350 total. To fix a mistake that fiat was responsible from the first place.
I went there bc I really thought I was going to fiat place. And left crying and helpless.

Super easy dealership to work with. Josh C and John were communicative and never pushy throughout our browsing and leasing process. I'd highly recommend them for buying or leasing.

Great service. Please note, this is only a vehicle service center. It no longer functions as a dealership. The dealership has been consolidated to the location at 620 and Lake Creek Parkway.

They said they couldn’t find anything wrong?
We went to pick up jeep it died 8 miles away
They wouldn’t help us just gave us a tow truck number? And can’t get anyone over there to call me back I’ve left over 7 messages for Windy to call me back not one response? Trying to find a Jeep garage that can help us to fix the problem, I’ll have it towed somewhere else ?

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received. First, I believe I was overcharged for the labor to replace a sensor that is easily accessible on top of the engine. Additionally, when I got my car back, there were grease stains on the floor mat and door, which I find unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had to return to the shop to retrieve my engine cover, which was left off during the service.
Given these issues, I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience. I plan to leave a negative review and will also be contacting the BBB to request a review of your labor rates and service practices.

I have been a loyal customer of Nyle Maxwell for my Fiat service needs. However, I am disappointed with the quoted $170 for an oil change, which I believe is excessive. The reasoning given was that my Fiat Abarth is a turbo. It uses 4 quarts of 5w-40 oil. I contacted the Fiat service center in Killeen and was quoted a price around $130 for the same service. I am puzzled by this significant price difference for the same service from the same company.

The service at the new address: “13049 N Research BLVD, Austin, TX 78717” is terrible.
On May 9, 2024 I came to change the oil and when I arrived home I saw that my car had been scratched at the service station … and since I saw this at home, I understand that no one will fix it.
Before that, I had my cars serviced for four years at the address: “13401 Ranch Road 620 N, Austin, TX 78717” and everything was great.
Please return the service to the previous location.

Yesterday, I got my car keys misplaced or/stolen and a purse with my documents inside the vehicle. When I bought my FIAT, Maxwell guaranteed that the car would break down in the middle of the road if I had issues. Call this number: yada, yada. Seven years later, I just got off the phone with workers or staff or high management who seemed to hate what they were doing and were trying to put words in my mouth, misleading the conversation; they wanted to paint me as a Karen. They kept cutting me off, telling me that's not my department; a guy named GRUTE or whatever said to me that without my VIN, there was nothing he could do, sent me back to another department, and a lady THE MANAGER like Michael Scott, I hope God makes a miracle and give you a new heart, because your tone of voice and arrogance was so triggering that at my age, I should just retire, shut up and accept the fact that when FIAT wants to sell a car, they promise you heaven, but when you need assistance they kindly tell you 'Bless your heart.' She said in a high-pitched voice, 'YOU NEED TO GET THE CAR TOLL ALL THE WAY HERE' because we'll have to REPROGRAMED. I want to understand why, after seven years of service, they cannot pull customer information or work AS A TEAM to assist a little customer in getting the transportation back. That's all I wanted. The conversation ended with her spelling her name because I couldn't even hear well and made the mistake of asking their names again. Sorry, Maxwell, for being a miserable little burden, incompetence not even able to have my documents in hand to go above and beyond on my client customer skills to make your staff happy. Thank you so much for proceeding to give hard-working people nothing. Should I ask permission to have my car service at your place next time? Am I worthy of your super duper staff so happy about their work environment? Jesus Christ, we are going lower than ever. Wow!
