We have been using this facility for the past year, and we are very satisfied with the quality of service. We recently had to upgrade our storage from a 5X10 unit to a 10x10 unit. I was able to request this over the phone and then come in to the office to sign the documents. It was a hassle-free experience, would highly recommend it!

The staff at this Extra Space Storage location is top notch. In particular, the manager goes above and beyond to be helpful and has made my storage experience a pleasure. She has been so easy to work with and is a master in customer service. I have been a client at this location since it was owned by a different company and there was a husband and wife management team that were absolutely horrible. Having Extra Storage take over this property with their great customer service approach has been a real blessing.

From my first inquiry phone call, through move-in service was efficient and friendly, and they ensured all of my needs were met. And they were very flexible with my changing move-in date. The facility itself is kept in top notch and clean condition. I wholeheartedly recommend Extra Space!

Very good experience renting online from the Dallas area. I called first to make sure I had the correct location and the staff member mapped it for me from my proposed new apartment address to help me make sure I was using the closest storage facility. It was an extra step she did not have to do but it was extremely helpful.

Jules went above & beyond for my mom and I. We signed at a different location and wanted to get a unit at this location instead- she gave us a full refund and took care of the rest. 10/10!!!

If you’re in the Oak Hill area and need a place to store your extra things, this is the spot. The customer service is top tier, facility is kept clean, and easy access to all the units via elevators. With all the cameras on site you’ll never have to worry about your things going missing! Ask for Jules if you need any help with anything!

WOW!!! The leadership in this location is off the charts! I got redirected to a different location on maps and after leaving a VM of despair, I received a call back from Miss Julianna Shunk who remained on the line with me until I reached the correct location. This location was spotless; floors shining sparkling clean and waxed from the entrance to my storage unit. Miss Julianna made sure my password worked, gave me a tutorial on my new lock and avoid leaving my door open.
What a wonderful experience today. I will also add the peace of ‘stress-free’ knowing my belongings are in safe and clean climate control environment. I am fortunate today after meeting this dedicated working Miss Julianna, who was my angel today. This company is richer for having such a self driven happy worker. A million dollar smile. Thank yoU Miss Julianna for the best customer service experience!
