The facility is very clean, well lighted, and organized. My online rental process was very straightforward and the local manager checked on me during the move in process. I really like the technology that allows me to access my unit using an app on my phone.

I have had numerous storage units with Extra Space Storage over the last 5 or 6 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff is courteous, kind, and always helpful. I have forgotten to lock my unit before, and all it took was a phone call, and they gladly took care of it so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back. The facilities are always clean, the units are climate controlled with large roll up doors, and plenty of room to maneuver around. They are also very tall units, which is great for stacking, to allow more space for heavier items, furniture, etc. Flat bed carts are provided near the entrances, which make it easy to transport items to and from the units, and the elevator is extremely helpful. Great location with a friendly & helpful staff!

I recently rented a storage unit online w/ Extra Space Storage. However, when I visited the unit, I discovered another unit was more appropriate for my needs. Abby, at the facility, was able to get me transferred to the other unit without any hassle. She was very professional and courteous. I would also like to thank Carey, another employee, at the facility for her assistance in helping me navigate my way through the storage unit maze. I would probably still be walking the halls without her help. Kudos to a great staff !!

From the moment I walked in, Abigail was friendly and helpful. She quickly walked me through an issue with the app and I was in my storage unit mere minutes after arriving. Great experience.

Incredibly clean! Did a walk through of the facility looking at several options with one of their employees - Abby. She was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. This was an easy decision for us.

Nice, clean conditioned inside storage unit for the last 4.5 years. Only negative is that the monthly rate went up 140% in the last 4 years - $95 to $219 per month. But, Austin is expensive everywhere, right?

Excellent, just perfect. From picking out a unit to signing the agreements, nothing has ever been easier than renting here. I was very content with all the aspects of rental and the gates are easy to use, plenty of room to unload, and knowledgeable staff to answer any question you may have. Easy to get to on highway 71, this is where you want to go when you have a storage need, whether for a few months, or longer, stop in and get a space, you won't regret it! : )

The process has been excellent. Everyone we've talked with here has been super friendly & most helpful. The facilities are spotless & SO nice to be at a climate controlled facility finally. Abbie at the Oak Hill facility went above & beyond to help. Only issue we've had is not being able to lock in our monthly price however, we were able to do a 4 month locked rate online & that works for us as we hope to not need storage soon.
