Out of all the people working there Jacob is the only helpful one. Apparently no one there knows how to order prescription lenses. I asked the manager (Donnie) for help and she said that she doesn’t know how. That that’s why SHE pays her employees, and that that’s why she hired them to. Besides her not knowing what do that she can be a little rude. She’s says she’s from New York so it’s okay … Either way , Jacob needs a raise, or should take the leadership position .

I’m trying to purchase some glasses and the guys are really rude and i was sad because i purchased several times and they always nice and for two times in a row the service was awful or probably they have a bad they .because I don’t asking for free items

The store manager has to be one of the most inept people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in retail. She’s trying way too hard to be super fabulous and not paying near enough attention to doing her job on taking a simple return in.

I had a great experience at the Oakley store in Barton Creek Mall. I originally came in to trade a pair of sunglasses I had purchased with the protection plan. The first pair never really fit right, and I wasn’t using them like I thought I would.
Connie was so kind and helpful right from the start, and with her manager Jacob’s support, they guided me toward a new pair that works perfectly for my lifestyle. Both of them were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me leave happy. Kudos to them both for the excellent service!
The store itself is also fantastic—well laid out, with a great selection of sunglasses, apparel, and even a really cool setup where you can customize your own pair of Oakleys. Sunglasses are definitely an in-person shopping experience for me, and I’m glad this store is here. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Oakley sunglasses are stylish, but I’m not sure their quality as good as it used to be 20 years ago. I think they’re a little overpriced now, and my personal preferences for glass lenses, not polycarbonate, and they didn’t have any glass lenses.
