The younger worker followed me around the store asking if I needed assistance, maybe four times. Then, when I got to the register, the older worker talked about the other customers small business and ask him several questions of which I stood there for 10 minutes. Finally i decided I could’ve gone to Walmart, which is farther away, gotten the same things cheaper and much less hassle. You guys are failing for a reason and it’s not what you’re selling

I had to come to this location because they recently closed the Southpark Meadows store. I needed packing peanuts. When I went to pull them off the shelf a mouse ran out from one of the bags. I needed the peanuts to ship something that day, otherwise I would have left. One bag was noticeably full of holes and less full then the other bag. I REALLY checked the other bag because it also had a hole, and I didn’t want to bring a mouse home with me. I told the cashier and they said they have been having rodent problems for a long time and no one will do anything about it. They even had to pull all of the candy from the shelves. The packing peanuts also rang up twice the price that they should have been. I’ll definitely not be going here again. They should have left the Southpark store open and shut this one down.

Usually when I come in this lady that works there is really nice, however I was standing at the checkout for almost 8 min before I even got help. The girl who was at the printer section saw me and didn’t let any employees know and just out her AirPod in & when an employee finally came to help me she didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything she rolled her eyes and said have a good day. At least have some common courtesy and apologize for having me wait. This happens every time I come I just never have had to wait longer than 5 min.

This office depot location is very helpful for printing shipping labels and mailing packages.
The employees are all very helpful, especially Mayu!

Customer Beware:
I had my wallet stolen twice by a cashier working the register by the exit. The clerk got three hundred in cash and denied it when I confronted him. ? The second time I called the police and waited for their arrival. We confronted the clerk and store manager. I asked about in store security cameras. Manager said they don't have it. I had $ 360.00 in cash. I left empty handle.

Another bad experience here. Manager admits they do not have enough employees to keep up with customer demand. If you need to print anything that requires card stock, save yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

This store used to not be too bad but it has just absolutely gone to Hell. There is no such thing as customer service here anymore.Just don't do business here. It's horrible. Austin has been ruined in the past 12 years and this place is just another disappointing example.

In the whole store there was 1 clerk.Guess SERVICE is a thing of the past.
