My prints always come out awesome and their staff is friendly! Quick printing turnaround too. I believe someone named Fauta helped me out so much! Sorry if I misspelled your name !! Docked a star because my scans from the first self service printer came out in a wonky color. The scanners on the Lamar location near Whole Foods are better imo!

The customer service is just bad. The girls working print seemed to have issues with each other. One seems to be trying to get out of doing work and the other is skipping over customers trying to leave them for her coworker. They need to be more organized with the print system.

I am compelled to share my recent frustrating experience with Office Depot’s printing services. I entrusted Office Depot with printing important documents, only to find upon returning home that the print quality was abysmal. The documents were scrambled and utterly unreadable, a clear indicator that no one bothered to quality check the work before it was handed over to me.
When I called Office Depot to address this issue, I was directed to contact the store directly. However, the store’s response was equally disappointing; they insisted that I drive back to show them their own mistake. It’s perplexing why I should bear the inconvenience of rectifying an error that should have been caught by their team.
Adding to my frustration, this is not an isolated incident but the second time I’ve encountered such negligence. It’s disheartening to witness a lack of responsibility and customer service, highlighting a persistent issue with their document quality assurance.
It’s unacceptable that customers are expected to shoulder the burden of quality control that Office Depot should be upholding. This experience has not only wasted my time and resources but also shaken my trust in Office Depot’s ability to deliver quality service. I hope this feedback prompts a reassessment of your service standards to prevent such disappointments in the future.
