11:18am printing department at the Office Depot was cool, except a worker named DM T or Some like that with frizz in his hair Bad experience with this guy came rudely against me without strong reason, in fact i'm sure he said something to another individual through security ear system because the second individual smiled ironically it was too obvious. Corporate, next level, it's very important train people correctly to work with customer services, and know if your employee having a hard time to help him. You're good man.

The associates working the print and copy center were very patient and polite. On the other hand, I had a very unpleasant interaction with the manager, Barbara, at the Anderson Lane location. The manager spoke very rudely and condescendingly to me.

Recently I went in to have a funeral program printed that I needed the next day. I had no idea what I was doing and how long it would take. I wish I had gotten his name, because the person that helped me was amazing. He was kind and guided me through everything. He also turned around my print very quickly as he knew I was in a time crunch. If I ever need anything printed again, I will come here!

Friendly helpful staff, I usually have to ask where what I need is, as store is very large and I only visit it several times a year.

After 2 bad experiences at the printing department at the Office Depot store on South Lamar, I went to the the Anderson Lane store for my copying needs.
Ashton was super nice and professional and helpful.
I will definitely return here from now on.

Ashton was so patient and helpful when I needed advice on printing. He walked me through the process of sending my photo to the printing website. Very nice experience!

It's not every day you walk into a store and get great service and friendly people, but that happened to me yesterday during my visit to the Anderson Lane location. It’s comforting to know people look forward to helping you and actually care, especially since this location is most convenient for me. I’ve printed with this location for 10+ years. I’d met Julian on my previous visit when he was so kind and friendly, so I was delighted to find him working. I saw him and asked to speak to him. He saw me, waved, and gave me a big smile. He'd even remembered my name. Then, Julian introduced me to his two equally fun co-workers, and all were so helpful. Simultaneously, they were assisting three other customers, but they seamlessly picked up where the other one left off, while I shopped and waited a few minutes for my prints.
Customer Service isn’t for everyone, but these three did exactly what I’d hoped for, real customer service. They listened, they cared, and were expeditious in getting me quality prints and excellent service. Please don’t close this location! Thank you to, Julian, Chloe, and Ashton, you literally made my Wednesday!

Service was non existent for me today. They have my business card job on file, and I needed replacement cards. they have a wall or something, the clerks at the Print shop hide behind now. It took 2 minutes to get someone's attention. The two guys back there were talking and told me it would be a few minutes, to wait at the register. They continued talking. 4 minutes later, guy one left the area and said the other guy would take care of me. 5 minutes go by, still no service or acknowledgement. They closed down the wrong location. I never had this trouble with the one on Braker and 183. I'll not be coming here again, even though it is the closest to me. Office Depot will close in a few years if the service continues to get worse.

This location, Anderson Lane, is the best! Go here! I'm a long time customer, from Houston in the early 2000's till now in this town. I've visited other locations and I will return to this one if I need something. The associates I dealt with are friendly, professional and helpful. They all seem to enjoy working there. All of this matters because it makes for a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience.

The 2 brunette female store associates in the Print Center on Thursday, 03/21/2024 at 5:30 PM CST exhibited poor customer service. I approached the print center counter to find the email address to send my print to and sent it which took me about 90 seconds; the 2 sales associates were chatting about an upcoming project or something while I did this (not working on print jobs) and there were no other customers waiting in the print center area. After standing at the counter for another minute or so while they continued their conversation one of them addressed me. I explained that I just emailed over a file that I needed help formatting to print. She looked at the attachment I sent and said she couldn’t help me because they had to work on their online queue and that I could submit it online to be printed the next day or use their self service center. I explained that in the past I submitted a print job online and the front and back were not aligned so I needed their help formatting my document. I said that Office Depot employees had helped me do this on their computer program in-store in the past [see my 5 star reviews for the 5300 S MoPac Expy and 816 Tirado St locations]. The other sales associates’ response was, “They must not have had very many jobs in their queue.” or something to that effect, dismissing my concern and therefore dismissing me as a customer so I left the store.
Unfortunately, this location is the most convenient for me and since I’d be in the area again the next day I ended up going home and doing over an hour of research to ensure my print job submitted online would be printed correctly. It is so disappointing that the formatting that took me over an hour would have taken them less than 5 minutes but they didn’t feel like helping the customer standing in front of them. The Office Depot website guaranteed that my prints would be ready by 6:00 PM the next day and I’d be emailed when they were ready.
At 3:42 PM the next day, Friday, 03/22/2024, I hadn’t received an email yet so I called the store to check what time my prints would be ready so I could plan my afternoon around picking them up. The associate (who sounded like one of the women from the day before) was having a conversation with someone else in the background while I was on the phone. She said it wasn’t ready and to call back at 6:00 PM if I hadn’t received an email…
I hadn’t received an email by 5:30 PM so I went ahead and stopped in the store at about that time. I didn’t mind hanging out for 30 minutes since they would be ready by 6:00 PM so I took a seat on the couch in front of the print center. No one else was in the printing area when I arrived and the sales associates were working in the back. A sales associate, Julian, came around to the front and asked if I had been helped and how he could help me. I let him know I was there to pick up a print job but I hadn’t received an email yet. He asked for my name and a description of the job. He confirmed that it hadn’t been printed yet so he printed and cut my prints which took about 10-15 minutes. They turned out great! Thank you, Julian!
I also want to mention that on Friday there weren’t any customers in the print center when I arrived but while I waited, about a half a dozen other customers came in and a petite blond sales associate at the print center was very kind and patient in helping each one (including helping someone with their walk-in print job).
