People are so quick to blame the staff for the messy store but it’s the lazy customers. I’ve seen entitled customers walk in there grab a handful of clothing and throw somewhere. Yes, it’s the employees job to keep the store clean but it’s not their job to pick up after lazy people. Trust me, they don’t get paid enough.

This is a message for leadership at this store- please fix the A/C and please let your employees have water with them. The temperature in the store is unacceptable. I've gone in several times in the past month and the heat in the store has been unbearable. If I wasn't able to stay in the store for more than 10 minutes, I can't imagine how horrific it is for the staff. It is in the 90s most days in Austin and everyone needs to be able to hydrate. The staff are always so friendly and having a water bottle at their side wouldn't make me think any less of them.

Extremely busy location, challenging to get in and out on busy days.Store is well stocked. Tons of sale items, but overstocked racks. Frontline is not efficient in terms of getting the line down. Website and store inventory does not match up or update often.Love the price checker.

This is a very busy Old Navy. I really enjoy shopping her. Due to its popularity it will sell out of size L and it will also sell out all sizes in popular pieces especially at holiday times. Clean. Good choice of baby and infant clothes!

A wide variety of clothes for the whole family including children. There is no service, but at the checkout the payment is efficient and fast. Measuring chambers are convenient, the prices are reasonable to low. Convenient and free parking. recommended.
