Optique is a customer focused eyewear provider. I’ve been going to the Domain location for years and always receive quality service and attentive care with my eye exams and eye glass selections. Simply put: they care about your eyes, your eye care and how you feel about the care you receive. I had such a great experience with Optique! The staff is friendly, and they have an amazing selection of glasses. I visited the Seaholm location but ended up working with Javi (hopefully spelling that right!) at the Domain location, and he went above and beyond for me.
I needed glasses right away, and one of the reasons I chose Optique is because they advertise that they can make most lenses in an hour. When I arrived at Seaholm, I learned they unfortunately no longer have a lab, and I was told the Domain location didn’t have my prescription lenses in stock.
The next day, I decided to call the Domain location myself and spoke with Javi. He checked, confirmed they did have my lenses, and even contacted Seaholm to have my frames sent over so he could get my glasses made right away. He was truly a lifesaver, and I’m so grateful for how far he went to help me.
Thank you, Javi, and thank you, Optique, for the outstanding service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very nice people and a great customer experience. A little hard to find for somebody that doesn't know their way around The domain though. But Dr Shaeffer (I hope I spilled it right) was really great and explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. I forgot the guy's name that helped me pick out my frames and order my glasses and everything but he was fantastic as well. This is my second year with Optique and I'll continue going there and recommend them.

The expertise of Xavi, Dr. Shafer and the entire staff are top notch. I only trust Optique for the measurements and details of getting my progressives dialed in. My frames and lenses have been great and they're always super helpful with tune-up's.
