Khan Mike, these boys are goated and they know how to treat they're customers well. The best customer service I've ever had in west campus in my past 3 years of being in austin.

Extremely expensive. Ludicrously expensive. Unnecessarily expensive. Annoyingly expensive.

I love how convenient Orange Market is and how friendly everyone who works there is. Arjun is the coolest! We always have a great time talking to him and he's super helpful when we're checking out. Great service!

Don't list prices anywhere. It's a little scheme-y, you kinda know you're getting ripped off. However, it's in a convenient location, has a lot of items, and is open 24/7. If you need something super late or immediately, it's the place to go. But it's definitely not my first choice for food, drinks, or other items. If you have the choice, go somewhere else, but if you don't, this place is perfect. Photos of all the many things they have in stock, but they have even more things than this despite how small it is.

Will overcharge people they think they can get away with and get very sheepish/silent when you call it out. Also frequently is closed during the night or for stretches so it’s frustrating it claims 24/7, even the open signs stay lit so you have to physically walk up and find out it’s closed again

I run into everyone here. It's a hub.

It was a grocery store and now it's a casino with tvs, and also it sells eggs. My contempt for this place is more distinct because they took something useful and made it demonstrably worse. The tackiness of the televisions would be a lot more bearable if they didn't turn the produce section into a depressing wasteland. Guess I'll be buying fruit at Target.I bet I know the justification for why the produce section is so meager. "Nobody buys it." They don't buy because your selection is bad. You're feeding into a doom loop.

I have never lived in proximity to this legendary West Campus mainstay, but will stop making the walk past several other convenience stores to make it to this magical oasis. I have visited this place so much, there is a picture of me at the counter in the school newspaper. O-mart is there when you need supplies to party, supplies to study, or supplies to survive. The owners and employees are generous and caring. I have never seen their doors locked or their coffee run out - they have always had water for students deep into each boil water notice. I still stop by here often, even though it is out of the way. The walk is immediately worth it when you walk through the O-mart doors greeted by warmth, free coffee, and the kind hearts of the people behind this masterpiece.

Everything you could ever need in west campus, white claw a bit expensive but that's the price you pay for convenience!

Mis-labeled prices all over the store. Sales are not actually sales and they will charge full price. Groceries should had been 30 dollars, but were actually 70. Spend less time on covering up the fact your selling alcohol to teenagers and more time labeling your products correctly

I hate to give any business 1 star but I’m doing this so they improve. I was stunned to be denied change in quarters for my $10 bill for an $8 item so I could do laundry. They had the quarters and said “we aren’t allowed.” Not even 1 employee wore a mask. Seems rude and dangerous! Please fix this!

Employees refused to give me quarters back for the products I purchased when I gave them a bigger bill than the products cost even though they had them. No employees were wearing masks. The products were all corporate; nothing local from Austin except 1 thing.

Go to Orange Market 2 right around the corner. They have more selection.
