I jump from club to club. So this review is about Leander, Cedar Park, Lakeline, and Avery. All are great clubs and the instructors are top notch. Enjoy every class. They are accommodating to people health and physical needs. Always a great time. I've visited other clubs and franchises over the course of the last few years but always come back to OTF. 7+ years now.

This Orange theory location has lots of class options, engaging instructors, and a clean facility. Its probably the best return on your money exercise-wise you can get. Highly recommend trying them out!

Do I like the classes? Yes. That’s a well run fitness center. Do I like how they run their business? Hell no. Like most national gyms they sneak in rate hikes and hook you into unreasonable contract clauses. Sign up for a certain rate? Yeah, it may last for a time but it’ll go up without notification at some point. Hit hard times in this bad economy and need to pause or get out? They’ll tell you 30 days but actually it’s 30 days NOTIFICATION and then the clock will continue to run for another 30 days beyond that. They have to make sure the revenue stream lasts a little longer.

The trainers are top notch. The members are awesome as well, pushing themselves which makes me to want to push myself as well. Great environment!

This environment is for fitness enthusiasts, gym rats and exercise purists who are looking for a work-out environment without nonsense. You get 24/7 access and a great selection of equipment--both brand new pieces as well as some old-school vintage machines.

Great studio with a friendly staff and great workouts. I am a regular here because I like the coaches choice of music at this studio.

Been going to this location for 3 years, and while staff and coaches have come and go it's still the best place to workout in town! I love the small, family feel of this location. Equipment is kept in good condition, coaches are well trained and energetic. K-Lo is an amazing head coach and I love taking her classes!

Won’t let me cancel. I had emergency surgery and it took 3 days with proof for them to freeze my account. They asked for a doctors note and photo. The customer service provided was beyond poor. Instead of cancelling they froze my account and added extra days with the promise of cancelling after the first month unfrozen. I made my intention clear I did not want to remain a member. They are continuing to charge my card with no help from the studio manager who claims she cannot do anything or connect me higher.
Orange theory Lakeline- this is greed and theft. How much do you really care about your member population?

I became a member of OT in July of 2021 enrolling in the 8 class membership at $109 per month. By December 2021 all NEW members received an email of a rate increase of $10 bumping up the 8 classes to $119 per month and their unlimited classes from $169 to $179, single classes are $18. I was highly disappointed that I didn't even make a year at this gym before an increase happened. However, the email said if you began your membership prior to Jan 1, 2019 you would be exempt. So the new members are apparently penalized, not a very inclusive business model. If rates are increasing it would be great to see where the additional funds are going to. I very much enjoy OT but if rates increase again, I will be canceling my membership permanently and finding a new gym. Side note on canceling: They require 30 days notice and you will be charged 1 more time before your membership is fully cancelled. The email thanks you for your loyalty but it doesn't seem loyalty is beneficial for newer members just the older ones.As you can see in the email it says "new members who joined on or after December 1, 2021." I joined in July 2021 and yet my membership still increased. Isn't this a discrepancy?I have attached the email sent to members."Over the past 10 years, Orangetheory Fitness has grown from one pilot studio in Fort Lauderdale to more than 1,400 studios around the globe. We owe our overwhelming success to incredible members like you.As our business grows, so too does our commitment to providing you the best workout and workout experience in the industry. In an effort to better deliver these services, we are writing to inform you of membership pricing changes from which you are currently exempt as outlined below.Effective February 1, 2022, membership pricing will change for select members based on their active membership date. As a current founding member or active/frozen member with a membership agreement signed prior to January 1, 2019, you will be exempt from this membership price increase. For any new members who joined on or after December 1, 2021, monthly membership pricing has increased by $10.00 relative to pre-existing membership rates. All future class package purchases have also increased in price as reflected in the applicable package agreement. This membership price increase is the first to occur since opening our studios. We are excited to continue our investment in you by elevating our technology and equipment and by creating new ways to provide a premium OTF experience. Please let us know if you have any questions about your membership or how this new membership pricing may directly impact you. Joining Orangetheory Fitness was one of the best decisions I've made this year. I have literally developed a healthy habit of getting up and going to OTF 4-5 days a week. The front desk staff (Johana and Ryan) are very friendly, helpful and surprisingly can remember my name every time I walk in. The coaches are helpful and understanding of the challenges of new members, I always feel supported and encouraged. If you've been thinking of getting fit - this is (in my opinion) the best way. I've been a member of YMCA, Lifetime, etc.... this works better for me.

Great workout at this gym! The staff was really welcoming. I was nervous at first since this was my first visit but I quickly became comfortable. I like that we were split into small groups of 3 for the workout.
