  Had light bulbs for 2011 subaru. Auto zone no longer carries parts for my older car. They actually came out to see which lights I needed. Since I let them know as living as a single, I had to back up to building to use review mirror to see which lights were out; the extremely helpful clerk came out and verified which lights I needed. As they weren't busy, he came out and put the lights in my car, so this old lady wouldn't drive away in the dark with no back lights. Great customer service.

  My car was having issues and despite tests all saying my car’s battery was good, Glenn took exceptional care of me. Listened to my needs and concerns, offered some brief emotional support and got me going in no time. Will be returning to the store, excellent customer service! Thanks Glenn (with two nn’s)

  When I say Ricardo J, the field trainer for this Oreillys brought the meaning of what hospitality means. I traveled to Austin on a special assignment for God 4 hours away from Home. My battery gave out and I called this branch and Ricardo picked up. The customer service industry is performing way below standard since Covid and when I say Ricardo was Amazing that is what he embodied. He was thorough and being very tight on money he even informed of the shop that could install the battery. I am not from here but he even went over to the mechanic shop, checked the pricing for me came back and got on the phone and informed me of what to do. Who even does this type of stuff anymore. I know Jesus is all in this young mans heart. Ricardo if Oreily doesn’t promote you from field to Corporate nationwide trainer, gone head pack your bags because the promotion God has for you the world needs to see a living example of what hospitality, and caring for His people heart really is. You don’t even know how your demonstration has touched my heart and is a reminder to myself to go above and beyond for Gods people. Promote Him if not God sure will take him and use him for a even bigger training purpose. This right here is the future Pastor, teacher, kingdom builder of God and if you don’t treat him right, then know God see’s and He will. Thank you Ricardo for bringing light to what hospitality is!
