Horrible customer service, Tried calling ahead to see if the part I had ordered was delivered as scheduled but no one picked up the phone after calling multiple times, after arriving at the store I expect them to be busy but no. No one was busy and one kid, Jose, had the audacity to say “ idk why that phone still ringing, ain’t nobody gonna answer it”. Luckily my part had arrived on time but if not I would have been pissed to have made that 20 plus min drive for nothing

Terrible, took my battery to get tested. Came back in about 2 hours, employee could not find my battery, we had to go to the back of the store to help look for it. The battery was on a pallet that appeared to be for defective batteries to be sent out. Employee gave zero craps that he didn’t put a tag on it, didn’t put it on the charger, and that it was lost.

Poor service, no urgency of customer satisfaction.
I called previous to my long drive over there. Before driving 35 minutes through Austin traffic. I called to ask for a hands on verification, to know that the part was truly there. Upon arrival they fell short of a $200.00 sell..

Always nice when you go in, and their website actually tells you accurate compatibility.
This is my main spot for auto parts.
EDIT: It was very surprising to come in today and be ignored for other customers that came in after me.
Still a good spot, but this was disappointing.

This store is the absolute armpit of Oreilly Auto parts. The service is absolutely non existent. It’s actually physically dangerous to even shop here. They allow so much to go on at the stassney store. 2 minutes there and you know exactly what I mean so I know mgmt sees this.
I am refraining from listing specifics to not interfere with someone’s employment but WOW. I’ve shopped O’ Reilly for many years. I’m officially
done with this business. Where is the store mgmt? Where is the regional? This is unacceptable from a corporation this size. Unacceptable.

Called from 9:00pm-10:30 no answer. Many times. Web site says open till 11:00 pm !! Glad I’m not broke down somewhere!!

Do not get your rotors turned here. They charge too much and the rotors got warped not long after bedding the pads In properly!
