What bad service in this place you have to wait in line to ask for a product, imagine if they don't have it, you wait in line and sometimes they don't have the products and the guys are rude.

I called at around 8:25pm on Thursday 09/12 just to be put on hold for 30 minutes. Do they think is okay to have a customer waiting til almost closing time on the phone? Ridiculous, no one knows good customer service anymore. I just wanted to check if they had a product in stock before I made the trip.

I’m so disappointed in the manger, I came in about a light bulb and & explained my situation I was rush to commercial account & there the employee was not helpful in fact he ask why did I come to this store & not manor, tx since manor,tx handle’s my account. I was so disappointed that I just said give me my bulb, back I would never come back to this store again. No apologies what so ever for his unprofessionalism. I highly recommend not to go to this location totally disrespectful, don’t appreciate your customers rank store a -0.) (( 🥇 I came to manor,tx OREilly I was greeted with a smile and welcome to Oreilys sir, I came & explain my situation & immediately employee Andrew look up the light bulb & The manager Michael took care of the situation of the bulb problem and said sir, will there be anything Elsa with a smile & very respectful manager & employees said thank you for coming to Oreilys . I highly recommend coming to OREilly in manor, tx rank this store +100 perfect

Basic auto parts store experience. The staff barely cared I was there. But knew what size windshield wipers I needed, so that’s something. I feel like I would give 5 stars if I would’ve stolen something while I was there. But I didn’t think about it until I left. Maybe next time.

Where they find these kids at don't even know how to check a car battery told me battery was bad so i took it to auto zone nd they told me it was good still just needed a charge SMH

Von was great, helpful, friendly, and funny. Wish I had people like him at the auto parts stores near me in Houston..

This week my alternator failed at 8:20, the manager did not want to lend me tools because it was almost closed, nor did he want to sell me the alternator because I needed the change. I hope my review is constructive and serves to improve the service.
