If I could give this customer service here zero stars, I would. The two employees that were here were on their phones and never left the counter to assist my father and I. And when one of them spoke to us it was a mumbled mess. The other employee was on a phone call (her personal phone) the whole time.

Went to store over noon hour and very nice young lady sold me a replacement front right low beam headlight bulb for my 2015 BMW 328i, and installed it for me at no charge even though access was not easy. Very pleased with service.

The guys here are so helpful and friendly!
I first went to just test my battery. I didn’t end up needing to purchase anything for this trip, but that didn’t affect the level of service they were willing to give at all!
My second trip I went needing some new wiper blades. The man at the counter helped me figure out which ones I needed for my car, and then helped me put them on.
These guys are super happy to help!

Went to test a battery. Employee said it would take ten minutes. Twenty minutes later I finally ask the guy at the counter if he’ll check on it for me because the first guy vanished. Guy at the counter says machine needs to beep… and I say I’m pretty sure it did. He proceeds to help other customers. Whole time there’s another employee in eyesight on his phone watching videos on full volume. I think he’s on break and I try not to bug him and be patient. I can see the battery has finished testing. After 20 more minutes guy from the counter yells at the guy on his phone to check the battery.And that guy gets up and hands me the battery without telling me what the test said… mumbles something about it not charging. I ask if it’s just a bad battery and he said “yeah.” Just a long wait time for no reason. No help whatsoever. Went to Sam’s and got a battery for $50 cheaper.
