Husband went because we need a specific socket and it was emergency and they were all just standing around saying their system was down and had no solution. Basically said go away. Wouldn't answer phone when he was on the way.

Terrible service from a grumpy and bad-faced lady. I was only going to ask her if she was attending and from 3 meters away, just by talking, she was already saying things that she was not going to attend to.
