Great service and I really appreciate the person that waited on me he helped me put on my windshield wipers on my vehicle and also help me change out the battery that was on my key remote he was really attentive and I appreciate his help

Only auto parts store in the general region that's open till 11pm. However it's pretty much worthless commodity because they behave as if the store is closing in 2 min even if there's a whole hour left. They seemed perturbed and in a rush to get me tf out.Need a very small ring seal for axle to transmission and they brought me some random part in a box that seemed used up. Sometimes get the suspicion the shop in this area try to sell parts that aren't in their inventory in order to cash it out and pocket the money later.. just a theory though. Sharing this so that y'all shopping there use caution

It seems the employees, all but one, don't know how to check people out properly, and it takes about 10 to 15 mins each person in line, and that's not an exaggeration. It's sad when there are 6 cashiers, and only one is getting people in and out and politely as well. It seems since covid people just don't want to work, and it shows greatly at this location. They do have a lot of good products to choose from, so that's a plus side, so for that and the one good employee wasn't so bad

This location is horrible, not helpful at all employees take their time to chitchat with each other instead of helping their customers. Sometimes you will see 20 customers waiting to get help but no employees at the cashier station.

I had a pretty tough day but when Hidalgo lent me the tools I needed to get my license plate holder on - out of the kindness of his heart - I was able to hit the hay on a positive note. Thanks man. Love the selection at this location and I come here over the Auto Zone across the street

Probably the worst auto parts store I have been to in a long time.All the workers have bad attitudes, and none of them have any motivation. The wait is almost always 3-5 people deep at the counter and register, and they have zero organization or priority to help customers.They rarely answer the phone, so you can't even find out if they have the part you are looking for, which is a problem because nearly every time I have had to come up to this store they don't have the part they say they have online. Very frustratingYou regularly see employees just hanging out and chatting behind the batteries, while the line goes out the door and the phone rings off the hook. Management needs to get fired or something

Online inventory almost always wrong, slow service, always a long line, employees do the absolute bare minimum to help, I try to avoid this store at all costs but it's a hub so they usually - in theory, at least - have more parts than the smaller store up the road. They'll even lose parts that you order online and get shipped to the store, it's really astonishing.

This store is supposedly a hub, and the other stores closer to me always make me drive to this one, but apparently they have terrible inventoryThey never have what they say they have. They are never willing to put their hands to make sure they have it and save me the driveThey have abysmal customer service. Either they have a bad attitude or are lazy or just down right untrained or unfamiliar with cars and trucks.Next time they tell me that I need to go to this store to get what I need I'm just gonna order it from Rock Auto

I'm a shop owner we have been dealing with O'Reillys for years the only reason why we spend thousands of dollars here is only because of this guy Rolando. We see how hard he works and for being only One person back in commercial and dealing with everything he has O'Reillys needs to see how good they have it with an employee like this guy .Thank you Rolando for showing up to work ,answering our calls doing all you do to get our parts so we can take care of our customers.Sincerely STR8

ORLANDO the worker is a big joke ! He acts like he owns the place! Is VERY RUDE ! Works in the commercial parts area .apparently no one has taught him a ounce of customer service ! I stood in a long line for 45 minutes and was disgusted with his lack of experience.so I will take my business elsewhere.to the real owner please help your customers.

Great place and great service, but the management is super bad. Used to be a quick pick and pay, now you have to wait about half an hour to an hour to pay. I have an account and due to the wait I've had to go across the street and spend thousands of dollars there instead. I really hate to see these store like this. Too bad ?
