I needed a relay and this was the third parts store I visited. No one stocked the buick relay i needed,, or sio I thought. Ruben, who was super knowledgeable informed me that any 35 amp 4 pin relay was sufficient. Im sure they stock 4 pin relays everywhere, but if you dont take the time to hear the customer, it wont matter whats in your inventory. Thanks Ruben for the knowledge, the help, and the time.

Staff is super helpful whether it's figuring out which part I need or pulling a code or running a full electrical diagnostic. Very friendly. I've never had to put up with mansplaining.

Bruh I went to 4 auto shops non could pull up a simple door sensor but Terrein did. He deserves a raise & a bonus. This company is lucky to have someone like him. He actually cares for customers.

My mechanic sent me to get a part for my car (which he usually takes care of for me), the visit at this location went so smooth. The staff helped to make sure it was the correct part for my exact car. They were so helpful and the environment was nothing short of amazing. Big shout out to the staff at this location.

Visited this location for a problem with my car and I’m always nervous to deal with my car because come on I’m literally just a girl, but I was welcomed and they helped me so well. Helped me understand exactly why my check engine light was on and what oil my car took. I cannot thank the team enough for their help.

Went to get a new battery, Rolando added battery grease to my order without asking, when I asked him if he could take it off, he said it would void the warranty.
Went back today to return my old battery and asked about it, and they said that's not a thing.
It's not about the $2, but I don't like to be lied to. He also tried telling me the lower cost batteries don't work and they die out in a month.
Like dude, I understand an upsell, but you can do better than lying and padding your sales by adding unnecessary items to people's orders. I'm just wondering how often he does it.
The other employees were cool today but don't trust that dude. Again, not about the $2 at all, it's the principle.

Clean well stocked store conveniently located near my house. A big shout out to employee Rolando! I went in looking to change out my headlights so I bought them and he put them in for me within 10 minutes. Will definitely shop here if needed in the future. Kudos to you Rolando and many thanks!

All the staff here tonight were amazing, wish I got all their names. Jacob helped and reassured my misfire was gone with a new sparkplug. erased the code and hasn’t came back, hopefully I make it home.

They are people who do not know what they are saying and what they are selling, they are people who are not able to stand by the word of what they say, they make you buy extra parts and they do not want to take responsibility for the defective parts!!! very bad staff who work here... .
