Thank you to Herb and pm manager for helping me purchase a new car battery. Auto anything is a foreign language to me and I didn't know squat about what I needed in a battery for my truck. Thankful for the in person help. 2 options for auto part sales within a 1/2 mile of each other. I will choose O'Reilly for the customer service :)

Been here 4 times and they never have any idea of what they are doing or any people skills. It took two people to figure out what a car adapter is and then did absolutely nothing to help me. I recommend driving anywhere else then wasting your time here. Awful awful awful!!!!

Joaquin (if I remember correctly) the store manager has absolutely 0 people skills and went out of his way to be extremely rude to me. After waiting for 5 min for him to come to type in a code for the cashier, he was in the bathroom this entire time. He comes over doesn’t even acknowledge me and was incredibly rude to me. Don’t know if he’s having a bad day but that is no way to handle customers as a store manager in front of your employees.

Second time in this store and the service is awful. Joaquin in the counter was a bit bitter and didn’t know anything about parts. Bought sone wipers and despite advertising free installation, he refused to do so. Likely no one on the store knew how to do that. I was actually heading to autozone next door but decided to check this one because of the free installation. Never again

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at an O'Reilly's. Shout out to Connor, who displayed a lack of desire and willingness to help. To make matters worse, he raised his voice at me, which was completely unprofessional. If you dislike your job, it’s evident in your behavior.
Joaquin, who eventually assisted me, only gets 2 stars because he did not address Connor’s inappropriate behavior.
Thank you for providing the customer service number. I reported this unacceptable conduct and hope leadership takes note of my feedback. I’ve never encountered such poor service before.
My advice: avoid dealing with Connor and Joaquin aka Tweedledee and Tweedledum if you visit this location.

I quit going to the store for just because of one employee. Seems like they never have the part because I was told that they don't make the part anymore. Funny thing to this is go to the 79 store and they can find the part and either have it ordered or they have it. Oh yeah this is the fifth time I've been told this so this is not just the first time

Good product, rude service.
Joaquin helped me find what I needed, but I wasn't sure if it was going to fit. I asked him if I could open the package, test fit it, and if it did not fit, return it. He said no, "it's already used". Fair enough, I thought. Then I proceeded to pay.
He asked for my phone number. I said, I preferred not to provide that information. "Oh, that's better", he said sarcastically, "this way you won't be able to return it". That felt so rude and was completely unnecessary.
As a consumer, I'm pretty sure I don't have to provide my phone number in order to buy or return a product, but I did not want to discuss with him, it was not worth it. He gave me the receipt, and I said "I don't need it, you already told me I cannot return it". He then violently crumpled up the receipt with his fist and threw it away.
I'm not returning. Auto Zone is just 300 ft away.

Joaquin and Connor are both super great dudes! Super helpful during my visit and even tested my battery for me! Definitely coming back! No more Autozone for me :) Keep it up, gentlemen!

Terrible costumer service on Sundays, I stop by to a battery check and installation and the staff present wasn't very receptive, he did the very minimal and then said that he had work to do. Very disappointed we went to a different place right after that.

It's an auto parts store. The service has always been good at this location, and they are very friendly ? and helpful.

Spouse was in town and replaced windshield wipers because it would be raining on her drive back to Dallas. Otherwise, I would have changed them myself when she got back.Wipers were installed incorrectly and snapped against the windshield, causing it to crack.Called the staff immediately and was told I'd receive a call back.Wasn't expecting them to pay for an entire windshield (which we now have to do because the crack is getting bigger) but they didn't even bother to follow up for their fault.
