Ken was extremely patient and knowledgeable when discussing a failed tail light switch on my Kia Sedona.
He ran diagnostics, gave a thorough explanation along with pictures of the problem site and informed me a future cost.
I felt very comfortable and confident with their ability to take care of my vehicle!

Had my best experience with a mechanic in Austin with Rokr Auto. They have great customer service, identification and communication of issues, and transparent pricing. I brought my vehicle here for the first time and they were great, I was provided with a detailed inspection and given an estimate before any work was done, they did also let me know up front what the diagnostic test would cost/what their hourly labor was. As a young woman I don’t always feel comfortable bringing my car in as I feel that businesses aren’t always honest and just trying to get you to spend a ton of money on things you don’t need to fix - this was definitely not my experience here, they were professional, transparent, fair, fixed my vehicle fast, and explained everything well :) thank y’all! I’ll be coming back!

I've had several repairs done at RokR and Dan has provided me a fair price for work each time. No pushy disaster sales tactics. Just fix what needs fixin'. And having older vehicles can put you at the bottom of the priority list at many shops. But my vehicles range 18-25 years old and thanks to RokR they may have years ahead of them.

My experience at frist was great last year when RoKr did a major tune-up on my car, moreover just recently I taken my car to RoKr for a diagnostic test for my AC furthermore when I left I noticed my car was idle was very rough and shaky and the engine light was flashing on and off, so I call the shop to inform them. I just had the oil changed on Monday, my car was running fine the only problem i was taking it to RoKr for was the AC. I paid 162.80 fort them to make my car run worse. I had already recommended some of my friends I hope something like this doesn't happen to them. I will never go back unless they get my car back to running smooth like it was before the test..
